I gave 5 stars for an excellent pilot and friendly staff on board and at the airport at the counters ... Everything is clear and on time. The only disadvantage is that they do not feed during the flight, and if you want to buy something, you can only pay with a card (European). A good airline

The carrier as a carrier. No better or worse than others. Punctual. Unfortunately, Russians pay attention, they cannot log into Finair's personal account, because they do not send SMS with confirmation to Russian numbers. Points are accumulated for flights when the card is connected. Points can be written off for improving the place or for other small things.

We flew Helsinki-Venice. The prices are adequate for tickets with luggage of 23 kg. The plane is a typical low-cost, narrow, the seat backs do not recline. From food water and juice. Better than other low-cost airlines, but not for long flights.
