Дала 5 звёзд за отличного пилота и доброжелательный персонал на борту и в аэропорту на стойках ... Всё чётко и вовремя. Единственный минус - во время полёта не кормят, и если хотите что то приобрести, то расплачиваться можно только картой (европейской). Хорошая авиакомпания

The carrier as a carrier. No better or worse than others. Punctual. Unfortunately, Russians pay attention, they cannot log into Finair's personal account, because they do not send SMS with confirmation to Russian numbers. Points are accumulated for flights when the card is connected. Points can be written off for improving the place or for other small things.

We flew Helsinki-Venice. The prices are adequate for tickets with luggage of 23 kg. The plane is a typical low-cost, narrow, the seat backs do not recline. From food water and juice. Better than other low-cost airlines, but not for long flights.

Качественная, бюджетная авиакомпания. За свой прайс вполне достойно. Рейсы, сколько летал, без задержек.
