Hello! I want to share my impressions about this store and highlight its pros and cons.
The store is located near my house and looks pretty good on the outside. But upon entering, there is a slightly strange impression. There are no places where you can leave things. Further, regarding the employees, they can be different. One day I asked where a certain product was located, and they just answered: "Well, turn around the corner there and that's it." As a result, I never found the product and left. It is clearly worth working on the service.
Now about the bakery. Sometimes the bread on the bottom is black and burnt, but in general it is one of the most delicious breads in the area.
Overall, I think 3 stars is a fair assessment. If you eliminate the shortcomings, you can put 5.

It is always written that there are discounts, but they are often reset at the checkout. The prices are not valid. In the bread department, the bread is good, but flies fly there and bread packages are often torn, and bread is delivered exclusively in the morning, then it lies all day. Cabinets do not work, security does not monitor this at all, cashiers for some reason also wash the floors, although this is not part of their profession, which already calls into question the working conditions. There are 3 cashiers, 2 ordinary and 1 goes beyond their radius, in fact, a thief can bypass these cashiers to the third, then pretend that he paid and slip through, the guard doesn't care at all, it feels like it's not a store but a bazaar. The prices are generally inadequate, I won't even stutter (although bread at 90 is decent nowadays). I am pleased only with the 2nd floor and the perfume shop at the entrance
