My advice is never to contact about repairs and refueling of MFPs. It is not a conscientious, irresponsible master who works here, who not only does not understand these devices, but also approaches customers with deception. We handed over the printer a month ago for an ordinary installation of the BPC, barely asked for it a week later, but the printer was no longer in working condition. They returned it, with a request to restore it, and now, a month has passed.... A master named Maxim offered another printer instead, but after that he began to lie that he had no time to do repairs and completely stopped answering phone calls.. That's how we said goodbye to our mfp. And this unscrupulous man continues to fool people who trust the repair of their equipment... If you want to repair your printer efficiently, do not contact us here...
