The hotel is located near the metro station. which is very convenient , there are shops and cafes nearby. The main disadvantage of the hotel is there is no transfer to the beach, despite the proximity of Dubai Marina, they take you only in the afternoon at 14-00 To blue water, saying that this is a beach, to the beach across the bridge and along the sea to jbr, 15 -20 minutes on foot, but it's hard in the heat and the time range is not clear, at lunch. There are many transfers to the shopping center , this is their big plus . The breakfasts are average, the choice is not great, there is no mayonnaise and ketchup, there are few desserts, there are fruits. In general, it is normal, clean, comfortable rooms with a kitchen , the furniture is shabby, especially sofas, repairs are certainly needed. Cleaning every day.
We had a rest with a friend from October 8 to October 15. We were VERY satisfied with the hotel! The location is excellent, near the metro, the hotel has a park, a lot of shops. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the room is clean, everything you need is there,I was very pleased that there is an electric stove,a microwave, clean dishes,a washing machine,a swimming pool on the roof,a sauna, a sauna, massage treatments, summer tables for relaxation near the hotel,a buffet in the morning, lunch and dinner service the waiter on the menu, I've been to Duban 20 times, there is something to compare, the hotel is 5+!
Yes, and there is a Russian-speaking manager at the reception, Mohamed, which is not a little important for Russians! If I come back, then to this hotel
P.S. there are transfers to the beach, and to several malls daily
A very good hotel for your money! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a stove, dishes, kettle, microwave, washing machine, iron.
The breakfasts are just great, delicious, varied:eggs, omelette, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, porridge, muesli, sausages, potatoes, rice, bulgur, beans, some other vegetables, fresh vegetables and fruits, juices are just awesome, delicious coffee, toast, jam, cottage cheese, cheese, pastries, always overeaten.
The location is very convenient, there are a lot (6 pieces) of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, an exchange office, a bus stop, a metro 3 minutes, you can order a taxi at the hotel. Not far from Dubai Marina. There is a transfer to several shopping centers, very convenient, from there you can go to the beach or to the sights.
On the roof there is a swimming pool with sun beds, a hammam, a spa, a gym, very good.
A great hotel for your money. Conveniently located, 5 minutes from the metro. The nice Kite Beach is 15-20 minutes away by taxi, the taxi cost is about 40 dirhams. There are free buses to a number of malls, in particular to Blue Waters, and there is a Dubai Marina and a beach nearby. The rooms are cleaned well, the food is good and most importantly the staff is very nice and friendly. Among the disadvantages of the hotel, not all rooms have balconies. In general, I recommend it.
We liked everything. But it depends on who has priority.
The location is excellent. The metro is 5 minutes away on foot. There are several supermarkets nearby, including convenience stores. The rooms have everything you need, there is a kitchenette. A full-fledged large refrigerator instead of the usual minibar. The staff is all polite, cleaned well.
Of the cons. If you take it with food, it is the same every day. So don't expect a lot of variety. Many dishes are spicy, we like them, but someone won't come in.
The hotel is already a little old. Everything worked in the room, but who wants the gloss of a new renovation - not here.
The hotel has a convenient location, close to the metro and the main attractions. Nice rooms, comfortable mattresses. I liked the service, the reception staff are great guys, they respond to all requests, and the breakfast is also good service, everyone is very friendly. The hotel smells delicious and is clean.
A great cozy hotel! Convenient location to the metro and Marina. The room has a kitchenette: stove, microwave, kettle, pots, dishes. There is a shop on the 1st floor on the side.. The bistro has a great all-inclusive breakfast. We chose lunch or dinner. Cook for 20-25 minutes
I liked everything - and the location (metro nearby, supermarkets and an exchange office too). And the room is large, it has everything, we used a stove, a washing machine, and an iron). The food is for 4, before that we were fed better in the hotel of the same category, the fruits here were in the form of unripe watermelons and very unripe melons. There were no dates at all, although this is their national dish, it grows everywhere. The lack of a remote control from the air conditioner also bothered me a little. We were told that we need to call the reception and they will tweak such a system. I called at night, because I was cold. AND THEY CAME to us !!! They came to the room at night . It turns out that there is a conder regulator on the wall, but it is behind the refrigerator. The refrigerator was pushed aside for us and the air conditioner was turned off. Such a joke ! But these are small things)). My husband and I were without children, so 5*
I stayed at this hotel with my family. The hotel is nice, located in the center of Dubai, near the metro. There are many shops nearby. Delicious breakfasts, there is food for children. The rooms are comfortable and comfortable. There is a sofa that we used as a bed for a 5-year-old child. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine, everything works. There is also a stove and a kettle. From the point of view of comfort, I really liked the room. I didn't like the air conditioning system, the air conditioner blows directly on the bed, the adjustment didn't help. But sleeping without air conditioning is quite comfortable.
It is advisable to book a room with a balcony. Because the laundry dries badly in the bathroom and in the room.
A free bus to the beach departs from the hotel, which is undoubtedly a big plus. He goes to the shopping center, it remains a 7-minute walk to the beach itself.
One thing spoiled the vacation: on November 4, 2023, a cleaner took a bag of new clothes from my room during cleaning. When I came to the reception, I was told that the package was empty, this is a lie. It's just terrible that in such a civilized country there is theft among the staff. Things were in a bag in the kitchen (not at the front door), there were tags and a receipt on things.
Overall, the hotel itself is great, but the staff is just awful. Be vigilant.
Excellent hotel: friendly staff, spacious rooms, rooms are well cleaned, good breakfast, proximity to the metro. One minus: lunches and dinners, the menu was upset (the list of dishes is very minimal, and spicy).
Excellent hotel, very cozy, clean, great and convenient location, close to the metro, polite staff, helped with all questions, 10/10 service
There is a pool on the roof!)
I always come to this hotel. I really like the neighborhood. It's quiet, there's little movement. Nicely. There is a playground, a basketball court, many different cafes where you can not eat expensive and the portions are large. Nearby across the street is the metro. Friendly friendly staff. The rooms are always cleaned. On the 30th floor there is a swimming pool on the roof, open until 20.00. If you are with children, then despite the fact that there is a lifeguard on duty, the mother should be next to the child. There are mothers who leave their children and go somewhere, thinking that if a child can swim, then nothing will happen to him. The rescuer immediately sends such children for their parents. The only downside is there is no Russian-speaking staff, you have to communicate via a translator by phone, and breakfast is monotonous. It's the same thing every year, even the taste doesn't change, what kind of assortment is there, And so everything is fine
We traveled with three children, the youngest less than a year old. We took two apartments for five days, after some requests we were accommodated on the same floor, which was a significant plus for living.
We took it for the sake of quick access to Abu Dhabi, the water park on the Palm Tree, some beaches, we did not lose, the location turned out to be extremely convenient for such trips. We didn't spend much time in hotels, so everything was fine with us.
Of the advantages:
- quick access to the subway, free parking, a large store within a three-minute walk.
- there is a stove, refrigerator, microwave.
- high-quality daily cleaning, there were no complaints.
- several transfers per day to many malls in the surrounding area.
Of the cons:
- not very tasty breakfast dishes, everything seems to be there, but it gets boring after two days. There is no normal coffee.
- there weren't enough dishes, we didn't have enough.
- the rooms have a rather tired look, old sofas with sagging pillows, worn wallpaper, but the bed is comfortable in principle.
- there is no clothes dryer, none at all, although there is a washing machine. Nonsense.
- there are no sockets by the bed, they are not conveniently located.
- the pool does not cause a desire to spend time in it, neither adults nor children.
Nice hotel. Everything you need to eat. I had to ask for a 220v adapter to the Euroville several times, because one did not work, and the other was carried for a long time. On the ground floor there is a minimarket with the same adapters, food and other small things. A buffet breakfast can be purchased at the time of booking the hotel or on site. The choice is average, you can definitely eat: porridge, eggs, fruits, vegetables, pastries and something hot. Coffee from the coffee machine is paid (22 AED in May 2024). You can have lunch on the menu, but it is very expensive as everywhere else. Careem type delivery brings food directly to the room (for this it is better to pay the driver in the application from 3 AED). There are rooms with a kitchen, you can cook yourself, there are all the accessories, as well as a washing machine and a refrigerator in the room. The Internet does not catch well everywhere, it is better to take an external antenna for laptops or resend it from a phone that should lie in a place of good signal reception. The doors are massive everywhere, there should be good sound insulation, but there is a gap under the door and everything can be heard from the corridor. There is parking, it seems like the rented cars are put by visitors. There is a car for rent in the parking lot, but it is cheaper to take it in the city. Although with gigantic fines and toll roads, it is better to take the subway at all, by the way, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the subway at a calm pace, even with a suitcase. There are 2 grocery stores nearby, with ready-made food and many other options for what to eat, as well as household facilities. goods. Taxi drivers usually know this hotel, although on Yandex maps and in the Careem application there is only a nearby tower, it is better to study in advance where the hotel really is. There are buses that do not belong to the hotel, but run from it to different parts of the city, it is very convenient to get to Blue Water, swim, walk and return. Similarly, to the shopping center (you can buy a SIM card, because there is nowhere nearby, except in the subway without documents). Out of the ordinary, it is necessary to leave an advance payment of 300 AED upon arrival and it will be refunded upon departure. They accept only AED, and no others, not even euros. Therefore, it is necessary either to change a foreign card or at the airport in advance (the course there is worse than in shopping malls). The hotel staff is friendly and speaks English. We cleaned up every day. It seems close to the sea, but in fact it takes 2 hours to walk from there to Dubai Marina, or metro + tram + walk = 1 hour, so this is definitely not a beach holiday. There is a swimming pool on the roof, generally clean, but without glasses, the eyes are probably corroded by chlorine. There are sun beds around, and they give you a towel, it's unbearably hot during the day. There is also an indoor gym with air conditioning, modestly, you can exercise. There is also a massage nearby, but I haven't tried it. In general, I liked the hotel and it's the best thing for business trips.
Great hotel, I really liked everything, especially the location, all the sights are 5-10 minutes away. The reception staff is very responsive, they always responded to requests. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool on the top floor is also wonderful, the food was also good, the food was varied. There is an Indian restaurant next to the hotel, where they also serve very tasty food, they went almost every evening. Supermarkets are also nearby in 1-3 min walk. In general, we were satisfied with everything.
The rooms are good, everything is clean. the view from the window is beautiful. the staff is very friendly and caring. the area is business, so adequate prices in cafes and shops. the metro is a 5-minute walk away.
The hotel is not bad, good location, near the metro and supermarket.Breakfast also did not upset, everything is basic. There is a swimming pool and sun beds on the roof. The only thing is that the staff does not understand English well and, for example, someone beat someone in the room next to us. We called the reception in the hope that they would sort out the situation, they went up to the next room and said, "please be quiet, you are disturbing the neighbors." It became really quiet, but at the same time it was scary that someone might need help there. Of course, the hotel is not responsible for inadequate guests, but it seems to me that it was possible to show a little more participation and make sure that no one was injured inside. Maybe I'm wrong. I still leave the rating high, because the hotel itself completely satisfied us.
A swimming pool where you can smoke (not in the pool, but at the urn) and admire the beauty and a gym on the roof of the 30th floor, a beautiful view, cozy rooms, daily housekeeping, breakfast, lunch and dinner open table, choose what you like, for dinner an additional choice of something from the menu and dessert, everything very tasty. Polite staff, help, prompt ... the sauna is top, soft and at the same time not inferior to those in Russia. There are buses to places where it is necessary, but they did not use it, they rode the subway in a 5-minute walk. There are 3 shops nearby (2 round-the-clock) and a 24-hour pharmacy. Good location of the hotel, liked everything. Also every day they brought bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, something else... the room has a washing machine, kettle, stove, cutlery, plates, pots and a frying pan.
Well, also a safe, towels (changed every day), disposable slippers, a wardrobe. The only remark is that there is nowhere to hang the laundry after washing, I had to hang it anywhere, but these are just quibbles.
Obviously I will go again, I liked Dubai itself, quickly got used to the climate in a couple of days, my friend got used to it only a week later that it was already cold at 28 degrees.
We took the most standard room. Thanks to the hotel for the service and maintenance, wait for me again!)
I attach a guide to the hotel, maybe it will be useful to someone)
Good responsive staff, there is a Russian-speaking staff.
The breakfasts are monotonous, the same dishes for you throughout the week. The rooms were cleaned on time and efficiently. There is a rooftop pool, which is very good
A cozy, lived-in hotel, helpful staff, convenient location. Extensive breakfast menu. Swimming pool and rocking chair on the roof. Free buses to the malls stop.
The hotel was chosen for our tasks - to travel around the city of Dubai and a little to other emirates. In my opinion, this hotel perfectly meets our requirements: the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, water is put on every day, the refrigerator is cold, the washing machine is washing, the kettle boils water, the microwave heats up everything you need..... An ironing board with an iron is also present... Cleaning is daily. Our room 409 was cleaned by a very funny man.... I rearranged everything in my own way..... It was very funny.
The hotel staff is very attentive, responded promptly to all requests, was always ready to help with luggage, taxi, and replacement of a leaking hose, etc. Just don't expect Hilton Hotel or resort services from this hotel... This is a comfortable city hotel for the convenience of a traveling guest.
The metro is 5 minutes away, there are many shops around and even Carrefour is present.
The shuttle takes you shopping....
You can also have a nice time in the rooftop pool.
We took breakfast ..... You won't stay hungry, but.....
Overall, the impression is sooo good. But everyone chooses what is more important to them, food or the proximity of the metro, the territory of the hotel itself or the proximity of the sea, and so on. We enjoyed everything and ALL THE HOTEL STAFF ARE GRATEFUL FOR THE WONDERFUL 12 DAYS.
A very nice hotel. We stayed in the hotel apartment for 7 days. The room is clean, spacious, not smoky. There was a kitchenette with a hob, oven, washing machine and microwave. A restaurant in the hotel with good cuisine. The package included only breakfast, but it was enough. Friendly hotel staff, understanding and kind-hearted people at the reception. Excellent territory of the summer cafe at the entrance to the hotel. I recommend. Walking distance to the metro, to the exchanger, to small restaurants with excellent delicious food and reasonable prices. It is not far to Dubai Marina, to the island of Palm Jumeirah. It makes sense to stay at this hotel.
A good hotel apartment, you can cook something yourself, if you don't get the dishes, you need to ask, they will bring it, with an excellent location, everything is nearby: the mosque, the metro, three large Carrefour supermarkets. The hotel is clean and cozy, the pool is small but cozy with a view of the city 🏙️
The hotel is located in a built-up area, there are no construction sites nearby. There is a metro station nearby. Despite the cars it's quiet at night, there are several shops nearby. I liked the hotel itself-the staff is friendly, the cleaning is good, everything that should work is working. The room is comfortable, good linen, towels, the bed is comfortable.
I didn't notice anything negative.
Normal apartments, all appliances and dishes are available, cleaning is regular, parking is convenient enough when there are places on top :). The staff is adequate.
Nice new hotel, in a good location. There is a kitchen in the rooms, a refrigerator, an iron, they clean perfectly, the staff is wonderful. There are shuttles to shopping malls. One problem is that the shower is always cold and if the faucet is open or the toilet is flushed, then there is no water in the watering can. I haven't seen any hot water in 2 weeks
Nice apartment hotel. We rested from 12/31/2023 to 01/6/2024. There were only breakfasts. We were on the second floor in room 214. A nice room with a kitchen, a large bathroom and a large bed. They cleaned every day. Cool pool on the top floor on the roof. The view is amazing. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. There is everything your heart desires and omelet, scrambled eggs, pasta, rice, sausages, baked beans, fruits, buns, delicious juices, etc. They didn't stay hungry. Friendly staff. Everything is clean. We highly recommend it. We hope to come back next year.
Located near the metro - very convenient. The room was for 2 with a kitchenette. Everything is clean, neat. At the reception, due to the large number of incoming guests, they do not take the time to answer your questions and requests. The Swede in the morning is very tasty - standard. But lunch / dinner you have to choose from the menu that is offered. This is very inconvenient, because burgers, sandwiches are not particularly full, and eating rice with a different side dish gets boring every day.
Everything is fine. The center is nearby, the metro is nearby, the menu is normal , the rooftop pool is warm, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I stopped 3 times. I'll be back.
The location is great, there is everything you need nearby: metro, pharmacy, shops, inexpensive cafes and restaurants, top-level service, everyone is friendly and friendly, breakfasts are varied and very tasty, rooms are cleaned every day, it is very pleasant to return to such cleanliness, not a speck of dust.
We put 10/10 with my husband
A good hotel for its price. If you don't know the language, it doesn't matter, the staff knows English well or will translate for you through a translator. And in general, the staff is friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious and satisfying. The room was clean, the maids cleaned it every day. There is a grocery store nearby, with reasonable prices, as well as a subway. I advise you!
Very convenient location. It is close to the metro, which allows you to move around the city mobile. The appearance of the building itself is impressive, especially in the evening.
I liked the hotel, I caught a good price, only $350 for 4 nights with breakfast, in my case the perfect value for money. The breakfast restaurant is too small, the food is for 4, the assortment is for 4, the pool is small and there are few sun beds, the room has everything you need, everything worked, the staff is smiling, the location is good. But for a lot of money, which most people drive for, I think it's a so-so option.
A wonderful hotel, the attitude of the staff, delicious breakfasts, shower accessories, a full set, tea, coffee, sugar of various types, refrigerator, microwave, sink, stove. A super kingsize bed with snow-white linen and a soft mattress. The rest after walking was not overshadowed by anything. There is a safe in the room, cleaning every day. The location is cool, there are many cafes around, an exchange office, a beautiful mosque. Not far from the metro. And from the hotel there is a free bus to the beach and several shopping centers. Blue Waters Beach is very steep, we went to and from it several times on our separate bus, clearly on schedule.
The hotel "First Central Hotel Suites Std Apt" corresponds to the declared four stars. The First Central Hotel Suites Std Apt has everything for a real VACATION! AND A WASHING MACHINE, AND AN IRONING BOARD WITH AN IRON, AND A STOVE, AND POTS, AND PANS. Everything, especially for women who have come to take a break from household chores!
But... don't rush to make your choice in his favor. From the first minute you will be given to understand that you cannot count on a warm welcome here. You will be told that the room is not ready yet, and you can count on the services of the hotel from 13.00. (I was refused breakfast). They will immediately offer to pay the tax and deposit in dirhams. They will refuse to take a deposit and tax in dollars. (At the same time, the hotel does not have a currency exchange office). And so, tired of the road (which took almost a day from my city to Dubai), leaving your suitcases at the hotel, you will go in search of an "exchanger". You will be told that the exchanger is located to the right of the hotel, not far away. And you, tired and hungry, will walk among the skyscrapers in search of a sign about a currency exchange point. As a result of a survey of passers-by, you will still find a gate through which you can walk across the courtyard to the playground. You will see a market, passing through which you can get to another courtyard, where the official currency exchange office is located. On my way back, I wandered among the skyscrapers before I found my hotel. After paying the tax and the deposit, I realized that this is not all my disappointments from this place of "REST". I always start choosing a hotel by asking if there is a free transfer to the beach. And I chose this hotel for the same reason. I wanted to go to the sea right away, but... it was not there! Transfer to the beach at the First Central Hotel Suites Std Apt starts from 14.10. I was given a transfer schedule to the beach and back. Three flights each way. However, as it turned out later, the transfer from the hotel, which leaves at 14.10, arrives at the beach at 15.30 (is the location of the hotel not close to the beach?). And he does not arrive at the beach, but in the Blue Water area, from where he will have to walk several kilometers over the bridge to the other shore. And there will be no three flights back, there will be one flight at 19.00. It's amazing what to do on the beach at these hours! It was not very pleasant to get out of the water in the evening of January (the wind was 34 meters per second). Sunbathing in the evening is also, as you know, not the time. But, as you know, I didn't get to the beach on the first day. I took a taxi and, to calm myself down from the "WELCOMING, WARM WELCOME", I went to Miracle Garden.
When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I went to dinner. I looked at the plates of sliced meat and was surprised, to put it mildly. Did you ask the waiters that there would be no more meat or fish? The menu was brought to me. I chose some kind of chicken dish (it looked like chicken giblets). The dish was on fire! My throat burned from the abundance of spices. Attempts to drink water caused an even greater burning sensation. She asked if she could order something else, change the dish. Naturally, I received a negative response. In the following days, I asked the waiters what they would recommend not to be too spicy.
On the second day, towels were taken from the room. Not a single towel was brought in exchange. But the garbage was not removed from the trash cans, although one of the baskets was full. On my call, the towels were still brought, the garbage was promised to be removed the next day.
There are probably 90 percent of Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, and not a single Russian-speaking person from the person.
So think about it, would you like to feel like an unexpected guest?
The hotel is especially pleased with its location, there is everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, dry cleaners, metro. The hotel itself is hospitable, everything is clean, toiletries are changed every day, as well as the bed. We were pleased with the microwave, ironing board and iron, a large refrigerator and a kitchenette in the room. Tea, coffee and water can not be wrapped, because they are also put daily.
A good hotel, the rooms have a stove, microwave, dishes, clean, air conditioning works. Delicious breakfasts. Even Arabic sausages, which are usually impossible to eat, are delicious)) the only thing that let us down was that rooms with two beds were booked for our group, and in the end almost everyone got rooms with one double bed. But as the rooms were vacated, they were then relocated.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, lively, affordable and comfortable to stay in. The service is worthy of 4⭐! The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for living. The staff is kind-hearted, they will always help and tell you everything you need. The food is varied and for the most fastidious. I'm sure you'll like it!
Positive:
-good location of the hotel if you live for a long time
- the restaurant in the hotel is very good with delicious prices
-the price of the hotel is especially for a long time and in the summer season
Minuses:
- a very dirty hotel relative to Dubai
-small rooms
-terrible service and attitude towards the guests
I stayed at the hotel for 5 months and all the time there were a lot of problems with hotels from misunderstanding to disregard, there is a cheaper and better hotel in this area than this one, flies are constantly flying in the hotel, cleaning for a long stay only 2 times a week, the rooms themselves are terribly dirty
The attentive staff tries to do everything possible for the comfort of the guests. The room is clean, tidy, and has everything you need.

The hotel is very cozy, without any special frills. Within walking distance from the metro. 30 floors, 5 elevators. On the top floor there is a spa and a swimming pool.
The staff is impeccable. There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception. From the receptionist to the cleaning lady, everyone speaks English fluently. Cleaning every day, with replacement of towels, replenishment of drinking water, tea bags, coffee, etc. Breakfast is traditional: porridge, rice, omelets, pancakes, croissants, fried sausages. I enjoyed breakfast. I recommend trying mango juice and watermelon) Only it was strange there was no tea, as I used to. They serve us very politely, with a smile. Very courteous. I've never seen a gloomy face at all. Please note that there is a bus stop right next to the hotel, just across the street, route 84 goes to the Marina. The fare is 3 dirhams. Who needs kite beach and La Mer, go to the subway, go to the other side of the crossing. There is a bus stop right at the exit. Route 88. Goes right past these places all along the coast. Very informative) Just don't plan these trips in the evening. Traffic jams and people coming from work on buses. Near the hotel there is a square, a sports ground, and a lot of shops and cafes. You don't have to take lunch and dinner, you won't be hungry
Overall, not a bad hotel. Delicious breakfasts . There is a kitchen in the room, you can cook something yourself. Cleaning every day.
The disadvantage is that the room was smoky ... Either hookah is smoked on a regular basis , or cigarettes ... but the smell clearly hits the nose when entering the room .
The bed is large. There is a kitchenette with everything you need. There is no gorgeous view from the room. Near the metro. Downstairs there is a cafe with delicious coffee. Near the store. The rooftop pool, in order to take a chaise longue, you need to come at 9 am. We came to Expo 2020. And they hung out there all the time. If you want a beach holiday, you should consider getting closer to the jbr area. We always went there to the beach. Settled quickly. There are a lot of cafes nearby. Near the twin towers. Quietly. The mosque can be said in the courtyard. Sports ground.
An excellent hotel in the price-quality ratio.
The only negative we had was the stench from the sewer near the sink. Otherwise, it's great. The breakfasts are good and hearty.
Great hotel. Many residents are from India and Russia. In February, probably 1/3 of the hotel is Russian. The staff does not speak Russian, but everyone knows how to use a translator. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. A deposit of 200 dirhams, free outdoor pool, gym, sauna on the roof. Pharmacy nearby, supermarket nearby. The metro is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is a buffet, but the assortment is not very large: boiled eggs, sausages, pancakes, pasta, tea, coffee, milk, juices of 3 types, pancakes for tea, all sorts of snacks, olives, pieces of watermelon and melons and a lot of other small things. We ate almost all day. The area is modern, it looks beautiful, but only Hindus walk along the street. There is a free bus from the hotel to: Mall Four Emirates, Blue Water Island, Dubai Hills, Dubai Outlet Center and to Mercato. See the photo. We lived in a room with a kitchen. There is a bathtub, a kitchenette, and cutlery. There is a washing machine. Two TVs (TNT shows), refrigerator, safe. Type G sockets (British) but also ordinary European ones (as in Russia) they are also inserted without problems. Great hotel. I recommend it to everyone.
Of the cons: the repair is not the freshest, it's not just sad, but it could be newer. Otherwise, everything is fine.
P.S. There is a gate that goes directly to the park, it is not shown on the maps, so we went around the road for the first time, you can shorten 500m and go directly through the park.
The hotel is ideally suited in the price-quality ratio. If you don't want to overpay for the Marina, then take a closer look at this area and the hotel. The metro is within walking distance, several stops both to Burj Khalifa and the beaches of Dubai Marina (it is worth clarifying right away that you will have to walk decently to the beach, if you are with children, it will not be convenient). In terms of infrastructure, there is everything you need: grocery stores, cafes, pharmacy, currency exchange, liquor store, etc. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel.
