I arrived literally a day ago from this hotel, I want to say that I will immediately write objectively. Yes, the hotel is not new, it requires renovation and cosmetic repairs. It is located near Alanya. The food is just super, the pastries are as always on top with the Turks, in terms of hot there is meat, lamb, chicken, beef and fish, on the last day there was a grilled turkey, side dishes of puree, spaghetti, rice. On the territory of 4 there is a snack bar where in between dinner and lunch there are nuggets, burgers, buns, cookies and fruits. I was amazed by the breakfast... Porridge, scrambled eggs, and pancakes are being prepared. Cheeses vido 6 or 7. You will not stay hungry. The sea- they write about the plates here, yes they are, but in one place, the beach is small pebbles (walked barefoot) the sea is clean, the beach area is 300!meters, there are always free sun beds. The rooms are mostly with a magnificent view of the sea, the air conditioner is working properly, there is a refrigerator and a hairdryer, the linen is clean, huge double beds, the room is clean, towels are changed every day! But the Wi-Fi is paid $ 7 for 7 days. The staff is friendly, very friendly, Nazgul (a girl from Kyrgyzstan) solves any questions at the reception. The hammam is at the bottom of the hotel, there is also a pool with cool water, a sauna and two super massage therapists (a woman and a man). The massage therapist walked from the tips of his hair to his toes, felt like he was born again, there is an aquarium with fish that will renew the skin of his feet))) well, masks, respectively. We came with my wife and son to Turkey for the first time. I didn't like the hotel right away.
The only plus is the kitchen, the repeaters and the waiters are great and delicious and beautiful.
Ruslan, the informant, met us and told us in three words where he was, and then for 30 minutes he persuaded us to go to the hammam and get a massage. Since it's our first time in Turkey, we agreed. It's not worth $100. After the massage, they forced us to continue walking, we refused and the attitude towards us deteriorated noticeably. The elevator is constantly breaking down, the Internet is expensive. The beach is disgusting and covered in rocks. We went swimming on the next one, everything is clean, beautiful and comfortable there, they have a score of 5.
In general, there is no more foot in this hotel. Everyone I've talked to has the same opinion. On the plane, I listened to other people's reviews and realized how unlucky we were.

I stayed at the First class hotel in March 2020 for 18 days. The rooms are clean and cozy. I had a luxurious room with a sea view. They clean well, the bed is changed often, they try to help with any requests.

The food is normal, you can eat, but a lot of Turks are resting at the hotel, so think about it. At the end of our vacation, an incident occurred. The administrators tried as much as possible to make sure that no one found out about this incident. As a result, my wife was sent by ambulance to Alanya for X-ray, there was no fracture and they said goodbye, the hotel was supposed to pick up my wife from the hospital, but no one took her away. Then the administrator changed and went home, did not even say anything to the other, the second administrator turned out to be adequate, although he did not speak Russian at all.

Everything is old, they don't even wipe the tea tables. They gave me a smoky room and asked me to change it. Okay, another one was provided.....The rooms are generally unsanitary. The showers are just rotten, dusty, no furniture, two mattresses in 2 tiers. The toilet has not been treated, only wrapped with tape, they opened and were horrified, dried yellow drops after previous guests. There's hair everywhere... There are simply no words how insulting it is for a spoiled vacation and money (more than 50,000 rubles. they gave for three in 6 days), and it's more scary with children in such places. Wi-Fi is paid $ 8 for 3 days. I strongly recommend that you do not even have a close accommodation option in this hotel. The tour was bought from ANEX TOUR.

Everyone goes to jump into the sea from a nearby beach, but we were warned 2 times not to climb their Pier anymore. In general, the Pier is delicious, and there are only pensioners around. At the disco, drinks and hookah are paid, cocktails and other drinks are poured into beer glasses (change is not given if you pay in dollars)))). We were very surprised when they asked for money for a toilet in the hotel's disco.
The hotel itself has spa treatments for 2 hours (hammam, sauna, swimming pool, massage, face mask for $ 80 for two)

The administrators smoked right in the lobby of the hotel, even in the elevator there were smoking employees! Very noisy discos with bass every night until 1.30, never got enough sleep for 9 wonderful nights. It was impossible to sleep with an open balcony, I had to turn on the air conditioner, and therefore I got a cold. As a result, by the end of the vacation with a fever, they tried with their last strength to buy medicines at the pharmacy-but they all turned out to be closed. In short, people, if you are going on vacation to Turkey, take the whole first-aid kit, or specify when they have holidays, otherwise they close pharmacies at this time (by the way, souvenir shops and clothes were open). There's a broken chair on the balcony. The room has air conditioning, a TV, a kettle, but tea and coffee bags are paid, a pay safe and a minibar. Paid Wi-Fi. The room is cleaned regularly. Funny animation. And the hotel is also far from Antalya airport (2.5 hours drive). In general, I liked the hotel, if you don't dwell on the disadvantages of the room. Who is afraid to swim in such water and catch a cold, there is only one way out, it's just to drink 24/7 without leaving the hotel, and if desired, take a walk around Alanya, as many did.
When checking in, the air conditioner did not work, then the batteries in the remote control from it ran out, and I had to buy them myself since they did not have them.
There is no half of the door in the shower, as you want, and wash yourself, if carefully, then it's okay if not, then you can pour all the tiles and fall on it and break something, God forbid, of course.
The switch in the room was fused at one time for a reason unknown to me and no one wants to put a new one.
The cleaning in the rooms is good, everything is clean, but there is one thing, you weigh the sign, do not disturb it anyway breaks into the room and knocks on the door when you leave and the same sign hangs, she comes in and cleans, why? The room is clean, I didn't ask for it.
