Sergey correctly noted above. Instead of preserving and transforming the complex of historical buildings, you can now admire the 3 bricks of the former masonry power plant in the wall of the hotel. Thanks for putting up the layout.

It's just interesting and informative. In the park there is a part of the restored wall of the former power plant and a small model of it. Available when visiting the park or the promenade.

It looks like a mockery. In fact, a monument to corruption. The historic building of the first power plant was demolished to build a hotel.
