Many thanks to the store for helping me find my refund. I bought bags of self-leveling at the end of 2020. But since there was a surplus, I returned it back to the warehouse unused without any problems. It so happened that the paid card expired and the store could not refund the money. We agreed that we will write off this amount for the next purchase. But it came to the purchase trail after more than 3 years. I already thought I wouldn't find the money (But the guys found everything and wrote it off for purchase :)

If you leave a single warehouse in the same place, then either make a privilege for retail customers on pre-orders, or make a separate export point for retail customers there.
Let me explain: you come and you have to stand in line on a par with wholesalers who load in less than 5 minutes, as a result you have to wait for 5 bags of tons ahead. Solve this problem. This is a problem.
Plus, don't skimp on staff. The quality of it.

It is a pity that employees are very slow to respond to such shortcomings in their work and do not fulfill promises. I will no longer order from you and advise your organization.

It was necessary as usual "yesterday", so the store got a call at 9 a.m. The manager cheerfully placed an order, sent an SMS with a number for payment via epos - no need to bother with a card or run around looking for cash. At 5 p.m., the order was delivered to the gate. Politely, professionally.

However, after waiting with the movers until 18.30, I realized that no one would deliver anything. On Monday, 01.11 in the morning, I began to call myself and clarify why they did not deliver, but at first they did not pick up, then they redirected my calls that all operators were busy, while a few seconds later I called from another number and the manager immediately answered. I couldn't explain something right away about this. After a while, they replied to Viber that they had not fulfilled my order because their Internet was not working well... I applied to this store for the first time, and probably for the last time. As a result, I received a spent Saturday evening, a financial payment to the movers for simple and deferred further repairs for the day.
