In fact, if the coach is free, then so be it, but if he is busy, then you will need to ask him something stealthily, well, then the idea of the service is no longer so attractive, because you feel like an annoying fifth wheel. Also, if you purchase a subscription, is there another bonus - the preparation of a training program by a coach?individually for you. I think this is very great for those who returned to the gym for the first time or after a long break, but again there are failures of this system and they consist in the fact that the coaches do not write this program very efficiently, do not specify the presence of any health problems, do not find out the reason for the person's arrival in the gym (lose weight, gain weight, strengthen your back, etc.). And yes, if you have a training program, then in a month I recommend that you approach one of the coaches and ask her to correct it, because if you don't pull the guys, then you will train according to the same program for several months, for me personally it is monotonous and it's not interesting (but this is purely my opinion). You can also do boxing in the gym, almost every day there are group classes: boxing, pilates, yoga and others. In general, the gym is not bad, the coaches are almost all pleasant and responsive. The hall is clean (apart from the not very pleasant smell in the toilet), good interior.
