Good afternoon.
I've checked into your hotel, room 20213.
The slippers are small, ripped on my foot, as if you have all slippers for children. It's horrible.
The remote for one TV in the bedroom does not work.
We were received by a girl Ani and she said that there are no other rooms, the room is in terrible condition.
I am on my honeymoon and I wrote about it and asked in advance to be given a high floor, but I was given the second floor, above the reception where all the buses stop, although I paid in full in advance for a stretcher. It's a disgrace.
There is a glass door in the toilet, which breaks against the toilet and can break at any time.
Apparently all your reviews are customized, as we were horribly met, did not even offer water and did not allow to drink their water at the pool taking away the package. I have diabetes and can't do without water.
This is a small part of what I saw in the first 3 hours of being in the hotel and I will be writing a complaint and will leave a negative review. It is a disgrace.

Hotel by itself is not too bad. The crowd is. If you are a single woman and not looking for a wild adventures, I would not recommend you to stay there. I was approached multiple times by a random men asking me if I was working there. If you know what I mean. Not the best experience. But because they didn’t offer a refund, I couldn’t leave. I was able to find nice and quiet place there, unfortunately, on my last day of staying. so if you want to get away from the crowd go to the spa area. They have an amazing pool, very Tranquill and it feels like Bali. Also the residential tower where the coffee shop is great for breakfast and quiet getaway from the main pool area. Otherwise, my room was amazing. The service was good too, and the room service and the food was surprisingly fantastic! Unfortunately, the place felt like Las Vegas, so if you are up for that kind of never ending fun bunch of drunk people and nightclubs then it’s your place. My bad I didn’t do a good research. So I had to pay the price:) hopefully the review was helpful.

I visited @beach by five whit my sister. We enjoyed the view and nice music . Food it was really fresh and delicious. Cocktails also delicious and looking creative. I will come again here for shure ! Love it 🌴. And waiter Hassan was very happy and friendly.. he made us feel comfortable.Thanks 👏♥️

The hotel as a whole left a pleasant impression. A very stylish and instagrammable place where every detail is thought out to create a luxury atmosphere. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel — the food was just great, everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurants and bars are also pleasing: the staff there was just amazing, created a really pleasant atmosphere for us.
But there are also disadvantages. The most important thing is the constant loud music by the pool and in other areas of the hotel. At first it seems fun, but over time it begins to tire. The rooms also have nuances: although they are beautiful and comfortable, some elements were slightly scratched or worn, but not critically.
The beach service is excellent — the staff was always ready to help, brought towels, drinks, and created comfort. I also liked the beach parties, the hotel is clearly aimed at the party crowd.
However, the attitude at the reception did not leave the most pleasant impression. The staff there seemed unfriendly, and this slightly overshadowed the overall impression. But the staff in bars and restaurants compensated for this with their warmth and attention.
The prices at the hotel are quite high. For example, a small can of Cola costs 40 dirhams (0.3 liters, if I'm not mistaken). Restaurants are also expensive, but if you take half board with dinners, it really helps to save money, and you can try different restaurants on site.
My rating is 4 out of 5. The hotel is great, but there are points that can be improved.

A modern stylish hotel in Dubai. Near the airport, transfer Tesla X. The reception is very attentive and polite, there are welcome dates and drinks. The hotel has a courtyard with a swimming pool. There is a restaurant with excellent cuisine. And the guests are more and more local. The rooms were surprised, the bathroom is round, the ceilings are mirrored, the furniture is decorated with green stone with patterns. In general, it is unusual, adjusted for the local flavor. I recommend Five Palm to everyone as a good place to live in Dubai

The best and most beautiful beaches are located here.On the shores of the Arabian Sea there is the best climate, the water temperature does not fall below 25 degrees at any time of the year,clean water,there are no jellyfish, I caught sand crabs with my hands.Well-equipped beaches, I counted 5 lifeguards,2 medical centers,excellent pools, showers, changing rooms, there are hair dryers, there is everything you need for a good rest and all conditions are created for a pleasant passage time...

Already upon check-in, some pressure is felt. There is a lot of fuss, everyone is busy, not very friendly. The hotel itself and the rooms are beautiful, but in places you can see that they are already tired.
I really didn't like the shower in the room, there was nowhere to put it or put something.
The views from the room are beautiful.
I didn't like the breakfast, it was average. Everything seems to be fine, but juices from bags, no cheeses, pastries are tasteless, but of course you can eat)
The territory by the pool is strange ... there are almost no sun beds, but there are sofas with tables. The sun beds are comfortable, the staff helps with accommodation. The pool is cool.
The sea is through a small path, they will ask for a card or ask for a number, then they will put on a bracelet. The sea is gorgeous, but I think there is such a thing on the entire coast of Palma, and the variety of hotels here is great.
Result. A good hotel, but not premium and clearly not for appeasement. We'd better get in here.

During this visit, we booked a room with a view of the city (according to the information on the booking), but they moved us to the second floor with a view of the wall and rooms with a Jacuzzi and a pool on the floor below, which had an 18+ show program (not just naked, but porn), + there was a glass fence in front of us which reflected the rooms on the ground floor below us, unfortunately, people did not know about it and did not close the curtains, so sitting on the balcony we saw all the changing and not only. The hotel is famous for its hangouts and not only the hotel guests relax in it, but for some reason people who do not live in it drive right up to the hotel entrance, and those who live in it take a business taxi to the second line and go with their bags and suitcases to the hotel. Because of this, I had problems with taxi drivers 2 times. The cleaning is so-so. Our glass balcony has not been washed for a week. Upon arrival, we had traces of bird feces and they remained before departure, we left tips every day, in fact, we are clean, they just have to make the bed and wash the floors with the rest of the surfaces, but everywhere there were handprints. The dust was also never wiped off, as the dust layer was visible to the naked eye for 7 days, the floors were simply vacuumed, as walking barefoot through the room, the feet immediately turned black. The hair dryer was working at a certain position, the wire was loose, there was no shoe spoon, and there was no ironing board. The final one was when my friend went to sleep in the room without me, taking the room key and I couldn't get into it. When I went to the reception, I asked for a key, giving me the room number and our last names, to which they told me that we were not in the database and they would not give me a key without a passport, but we just went out to eat at their restaurant. As a result, I had to wait for a friend to come down and pick me up. I still had the key book, but even that wasn't an indicator for them. Although before that, both my friend and I took the keys without passports. A photo of everything is attached. By the way, the hotel does not respond to complaints at all.

There is dust and dirt in the rooms. The staff is all slow. the service just doesn't work for the money. For example, I had a dusty glass all my vacation, I didn't touch it in principle, I was wondering when they would remove it. The answer is never, they don't care. When checking in, someone else's hair was lying on the sink, the staff stupidly does not wipe behind the faucet. These cards were demagnetized every other day, and so was the entire hotel. There's a lot of traffic at the reception, again, because of these cards that don't work, and you can't leave the elevator without them. The water in their reusable bottles had a specific taste and smell, and I bought bottled water for myself. The mini-bar is not checked, at the check-out they tried to cram us a bill for drinks from the mini-bar, which we did not take. My bed smelled of someone else's persistent Arab perfume. Honestly, the service in Dubai as a whole has dropped very much, this is my 4th time in this country and apparently the last.

Beautiful pool area and halls.Very tasty breakfasts and cool parties by the beach and pool, a DJ is playing. It is worth considering this point, it is unlikely to suit those who dream of silence. The place is overrated by the local service staff .
They said at the reception that this is one of the most popular places, as a result, only the DJ is alive, the rest is all sucked out of the finger .
It 's hot , hookah is rubbish , it 's just that this hookah won 't go in for Russians .
A deposit of 1000 local derham is too much .
Mostly the men are drunk , the girls are free to enter , but they are all in a row .
I don 't recommend it , I didn 't like the atmosphere at all .

Very beautiful, the location, the rooms are a delight!
The rooms really have everything you need and are as comfortable as possible, a shower and a bath.
The pool area is beautiful, but there are very few places, there is nowhere to lie down at 10... only if the beach
The breakfasts are super, it's straight 10/10, very tasty: scramble, smoothies, fresh!
One huge minus for me is the staff inside the hotel (reception and food area). My dishes were taken away while I was going for more, since I was alone. The reception could not help with the taxi and did not communicate very kindly, looked.
But the staff of the beach and pool are the nicest people!

The pool area and the beach leave a very mixed impression. To put it mildly, there is no service. The waiter brought the beer only after 40 minutes (!) to the question: "is this probably already free?" he replied "there is nothing free here", you will not receive any compliments and apologies except in words. I also had to wait 40 minutes for a towel.
In general, the quintessential luxury club, prime time is all occupied, despite the inhumane price tag, by girls of various nationalities, shapes and eye colors, and men ready to close accounts.
Definitely not for couples, and those who are looking for a relaxing holiday.

Do not come to this hotel with children and not with children!!!!!!it's just some kind of a drunken septic tank and a drug addict ..., you can't go into the pool, there are drunk guests on each other's heads and girls of easy virtue with them, the beach is generally some kind of frog house, there are eternal queues and jostling with food, drunk guests with bottles of alcohol are hanging around at the reception, who constantly yell and pester to the guests of the hotel, of course I have never seen this!!!
