The staff is very friendly. The food was delicious, the cocktails were not diluted, but just as it should be. A good hookah, the hookah man constantly changed the coals on time. I really liked the place. Thanks!!!

The staff and service are simply disgusting.
They didn't bring us food for more than 1.5 hours, saying every 40 minutes that it was about to be delivered.
A useless manager. Unpleasant staff who pretends that we owe them something. We were shortchanged by 3 whiskies and refused to be removed from the bill.
It is a pity that such a nice place has an absolutely unacceptable level of service.
The food is also more edible at most, but no more.

Disgusting!!! A nightmare! Boors. We came to celebrate a birthday. We walked around the hall, went downstairs, sat down in the room, the waiter escorted us (NO ONE WARNED THAT IT WAS PAID) we did not place an order, we did not have time to do anything except to look through the menu. We realized that there were air conditioners and we wanted to go upstairs, where the windows were, we went up and were forced to pay for just being there. As a result, the mood was spoiled, there was a joint of the administrator and waiters, the bartender was still rude about the birthday. Nightmare. We waited for half an hour while the staff ran back and forth, sorted it out, found out that they were wrong, did not even apologize. We will not come anymore, we will continue to complain so that everyone knows👎👎

The interior is 10/10! The kitchen is good, the hookah is also good, they work with preferences.

It's a disgusting place. We were completely disappointed. I give a star for the pleasant interior and the work of a waitress. As for hookahs, it's terrible, the attitude of the hookah master is even more terrible. They explained in as much detail as possible what we needed (we are the owners of the hookah establishment ourselves), with arrogance and a favor, at first they did not take out our hookah, then they did not want to redo it. They handed it over with grief, it burned down after 20 minutes. Then draw your own conclusions. It's a pity, we followed good recommendations, apparently we were unlucky :) We will be in Yerevan for another month, but not here.

One of the best places where you can smoke a hookah for a long time, I don't know what the author had below was wrong, but there are no places with such hookahs nearby and close, the food is sometimes too salty, but you can ask for it and fix it, at moments of incomplete boarding, the service is fast, everyone understands when you speak Russian, there is no importunity, always clean

It was two times and two times it was not tasty. For the first time, the meat in the Thai salad was very much over-salted, it was not possible to eat the salad. The second time, the pizza tasted like it was frozen straight from the microwave. Hookahs are normal. The interior is good, but the materials are cheap. There are many interesting places nearby. The service is one of the worst in Yerevan.
