When I went into the store, I had goods from another store with me, I did not consider it necessary to put them in a drawer. I chose what I needed and went to the checkout, they asked me about the goods that were left in my hands, I calmly replied that I bought them in another store and paid. She, in turn, began to tell me that I should have put them in the storage box (even put everything out of my pockets), I answered her in the same tone so that she would not tell me what I would do with my goods what I wanted, and walked away from the cashier, the cashier began to yell at me and threaten me directly the fact that next time I will pay for the product twice, I answered her accordingly) moreover, they had these things at the exit that signal a possible theft and reminded her of the CCTV cameras, I was also called a boor, for some reason I did not think to ask for a book of complaints and suggestions, but the next time I get there, I will definitely ask.
A large, very spacious store, recently opened, with a wide range of products and pleasant prices. It's just not clear why fishing goods are in different places (some with goods for motorists, some in a completely different place), but on the store's website, apparently by mistake of a commodity expert, they belong to the category "for home", and it would be logical "for sports and tourism".
I'm a frequent visitor there, everything seems to be there, but it's not for sure. The staff seems to be polite, we are all human beings and everyone can be in a bad mood. The only thing I would like , and this applies to all stores, is for them to address each other by their Patronymic , and not Lyuska or at the checkout, etc .
