I recently visited this little things store and was left with ambivalent impressions. On the one hand, the range of products is quite diverse and interesting. However, unfortunately, the experience of communicating with the staff left much to be desired.
During the visit, I accidentally broke a glass teapot and, being ready to pay for the damage, I was confronted with rudeness from the manager. Instead of being sympathetic, she pointed at me and rudely sent me to the cashier without showing any respect. This created an extremely unpleasant impression of the store, despite its positive aspects. I hope that in the future the staff will become more polite and responsive to customers.
