I really liked these compact shops where you could buy a lot of useful and inexpensive household items. But the latest purchase in the store located at Moldagalieva str., 2. was very disappointing. I bought a construction stapler. At home, we decided to try out the purchase by following the instructions on the package to charge the stapler with staples, the part where these staples are inserted, well, in general, I figured out for spare parts. When contacting the store, a day after the purchase with a receipt and a request to figure out what is wrong with it and can, if possible, help collect, maybe we did something wrong. I was told that it was necessary to check immediately, and now they are not responsible for anything. They do not have any recommendations that the goods of this category should be checked at the checkout, the cashiers themselves did not offer to check. And the result is that the product has been purchased, but you cannot use it. I do not recommend buying construction goods in these stores.
