I strongly recommend that the store manager familiarize herself with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection", where the latter has the right to return goods of proper quality within two weeks.The product was returned within 8 minutes, but since it was 8.50 p.m., unfortunately, the cashier was closed. The next day, the manager and the administrator were rude and did not want to accept the goods, demanding to name the article where this item is written.As a result, the goods with the screams of the manager were accepted for the whole store. The book of complaints and suggestions was provided to me only for 4 times.
I strongly recommend that you take advanced training courses for store employees, as well as take courses to improve literacy and good manners in dealing with people.
