I bought a table fireplace today. I also bought batteries from them and asked them to check the operation of the fireplace before paying. Which I was categorically denied. After payment, they immediately began to check and the fireplace turned out to be defective. The refund will be received within five days. Why should I wait for a refund during these days? If I haven't even moved away from the cash register. Is it really impossible for the seller to check the product before buying? By the way, one fireplace was unpacked and there was a broken battery cover. When I wanted to see how it looked in working condition, the screen was almost dark, which the seller began to convince me that the fireplace should work like that .., it would glow at night😀It's necessary to lie like that and try to cram the goods in. I opened a page on valdberis and proved to her how it should work. Maybe some sellers are not working in their place? And should the administration take a closer look at its employees?
