We went together with my husband to training in a mini group with Igor. Unfortunately, we are not visiting now for family reasons. During this year that we have been training, Igor has shown himself to be an excellent teacher. I have always been interested in nutrition, well-being, and attentive. Many thanks to the whole team: the administrators, the head Dmitry for being a pleasure to visit the hall, always a friendly team. Guys, I wish you further success, physical and moral health!)

Pros: the atmosphere in the club is working; the hall is quite large; the coaches are friendly, always ready to help; the reception is the best of all the clubs that I have seen; ideal to get in shape.
Cons: it can be stuffy in the hall, fans save, which are enough; a number of "standard" things are missing: an overhead rod, a platform, good bench presses, a trep neck.

A large hall, comfortable, a lot of different simulators, there is enough for everyone, air conditioners are working, there is drinking water, a wonderful shower, everything is clean, tidy, newly renovated, the staff is polite, friendly.
