At this point, I should have put the phone down, but no, I'm stubborn. We arrived at 2 a.m., the receptionist didn't seem super friendly. She told me to park the car where we wanted, because I hadn't told her we were in a car. Has anyone asked me about this at all?

In short, it was very unpleasant to communicate with the administrator, who was playing on all fronts.

There is one advantage - you can stay in the yard all night, smoke and everything is fine.

In the evening, you can order very tasty kebabs with delivery at the nearest cafe - they will be delivered in half an hour and of excellent quality - the phone will prompt you at the counter. And they will provide the necessary utensils. In general, everything is at home. You need to ask for room cleaning - it is somehow not included in the list of services - however, I lived in a standard room, perhaps in more expensive ones cleaning is included in the services. There are also no standard sets for hotels with a toothbrush, paste and shampoo, but for me it does not matter, and I think for most: it is better not to use toothbrushes from disposable sets: only injure the gums. In general, if you do not need more than what is written above, the optimal hotel.

Complete inconsistency with the pictures on the Internet. I bought a standard single room with toilet and shower through Ozontrevel. They put me in a hostel. The toilet is shared in the hallway.
The shower is shared in the basement. There is no sound insulation, a cardboard house, you can hear everything. It is impossible to sleep at night from the sounds of the toilet. The Internet in the room caught bad every other time. The ceiling is low, like in a box, my height is 1.68 cm, I take out the ceiling with my hand.
This is not a hotel, this is a guest house, the owner, to put it mildly, met unfriendly, did not want to solve the problem of relocation on the first day. He himself brought new men visitors at night and in full voice at 1:30 a.m. they were making noise and shouting loudly.
Don't take breakfast. Get poisoned. I just had to look at it. And in general, do not take a hotel. It's a big word for "hotel".

I lived in a standard room on the second floor, and I managed to collect my thoughts and get some sleep. It's still a long way to the center, you run into it several times a day, but you can call Yandex.Taxi through the app. The receptionists were friendly, answered all questions and helped. They are settled without unnecessary paperwork, but it is better to immediately clarify on arrival about the correctness of payment, deadlines and time, breakfast, etc.

It's a pity, but the hotel failed exactly what was feared.
We were traveling late, with 4 children from Kazakhstan, we were asked to secure a room for us a day, we were warned that we would be late, and we still cannot make an advance payment. We received confirmation that they will be waiting for us. And when we arrived at 22.30 tired, with exhausted children, we were refused check-in, since our room had already been rented.
It was frustrating and hopeless.

It is impossible to sleep in economy class rooms. The window is one tiny one and looks out into the courtyard, in which the hotel has service devices (air conditioners). Upon arrival at the Flagship, I was immediately taken to the Mayak Hotel without any words. That's just that I paid for an expensive Flagship (not a bad rating), and they moved me right to the Lighthouse (low rating). This is not an isolated case, the cart wrote about it. The entrance to the Mayak Hotel is like entering a neighbor's garage. There are no identification signs that people live here or that this is a hotel at all. Address: Mayakovsky 114A. In the photo (where the car is), the entrance is barely visible.
Good: there is an outlet, a shower. Hot water - you need to open the water and wait for 5 minutes. There are 2 wifi points. I had a bed with clean linen. There is a TV (not included). It was quiet enough, although it used to be written that drinking was partying at night.
Bad: Everything is smoked. There is no kettle, refrigerator. There is nowhere to cook food. Exit or entrance to the "hotel" only through the "concierge". Every time you need to call her to open/close the door behind you. There are no heating pipes in the room. For a long time, I had an uneasy feeling that I was locked in some kind of garage.

Advantages : inexpensive , very close to the center on foot , along Orozbekova , tea and coffee close to Manas Airport. I paid for three days , the card needed to leave two days earlier ( tickets surfaced ) They gave it away in cash without any problems .

The bed is old and stripped. He smells bad from the first night. The toilet is on another floor.
There is no sound insulation. Administrators spend half the night in their room near the window chatting with friends on the phone, it's all necessary to listen to the tourist and not let him sleep.
They are populated at any time of the night by fans of entertainment from among the local residents. As a result, every night is an adventure and it is not possible to get enough sleep. Then some kind of orgy for half the night with screams, then a drinking party at 4 a.m. of a large crowd in the courtyard, as if they were yelling in your room. Then at 3.30 in the morning they show the room loudly and near your door they say in full voice that there is a shower next to it.
The TV is in the common area, not in the room.
There is no soap and shampoo in the room, you can take a common one at the sink.
Far from the center.
I checked in 15 hours later, but I paid for 2 hours of late check-out.
Conclusion - this place is not for tourists, it's for locals to have fun with prostitutes
