They asked me to wait, because the last client was late - I'm waiting. I sit down in a low chair - throw my arms back - all the material flies into my eyes - I feel pain when removing (for the first time in the entire gel experience). I tell the master, in response, "you have so many layers here... that's why it hurts.".. Again, I say no reaction... As a result, the shape is not what I requested and one humpback nail.. I only noticed how I came out, and for the first time in my life I decided to redo it, because I couldn't walk with it. The director washes off the paint, without even getting up, asks me to show her - I don't see anything, no hump. I show it to another master - she sees everything. As a result, I sawed off this hump with a saw and covered it with a top... It's been 5 days, I have an ugly manicure with detachments and a drop of top on the edge. For the first time, I was so disappointed in the salon. The director is on the staff's side, not the client's, even for an objective reason. The manicure master Maria upset with her skill.. Coffee and tea were offered only to their guests... Therefore, 1 star
I did a hair procedure-Botox. We individually selected the composition taking into account the structure of the hair, told about the features of my hair and advised care. The masters are very pleasant, attentive, perform the procedure in 4 hands, which greatly reduces the time) The hair is smooth, well-groomed and shiny! I will definitely come back again!

Today (07/28/2022, Thursday), arriving at the studio at the time of recording for a manicure (recorded in a week and a half), they tell me across the hall, with my face buried either in my own nails, or in the phone, that they called me to move me, and since they did not get through, my record was apparently given away a girlfriend or someone who was deemed more necessary. The situation is absurd to the point of lawlessness, firstly, I don't have 1 missed call, secondly, what logic should I follow to cancel my record under the pretext of "we didn't get through"?!
They suggested rescheduling to 08/01/2022 (Monday) at 11.00 or 17.00- not the most popular time for a weekday, to put it mildly ... or wait an hour.
I have an event on the weekend, it was announced to the master during the recording that I was from Minsk, that I was passing through, that I would adjust to this time.
And in the end, this is the story, the Belarusian service is not intrusive.
The mood is completely spoiled, especially after the race in search of free masters in other studios, no adequate apologies have been received. And also, I would like to note that if a jamb happens in your studio, anything happens, talk to the client in person, and not by the way as a matter of course, without even going to the reception!
