In August 2022, we rested at this hotel! The dark alley in which the hotel is located is scary at first, but then you realize all the advantages, namely the location from the center in 5 minutes, and at the same time a quiet place gives you the opportunity to sleep. The staff is very friendly! The rooms are large and spacious!

They can check into another hotel, cheaper and of lower quality. That's how it turned out for me. I made the payment via the Island in advance, but upon arrival at this hotel it turned out that all their rooms were occupied and I was offered a room at the partners hotel. The room turned out to be simpler and cheaper, which was unpleasant. I did not make a scandal, because I wanted to sleep, but the fact itself is on my face, as they say. So I advise you to be careful with this hotel, otherwise you will pay for one room, and they will slip you another, - in the hotel of the so-called "partners" of this Flamingo hotel.

Nice hotel. In the center of the "old" Tbilisi.
Quiet center, 5-7 minutes to the cable car.
There is an exchange office, several cafes and a shop nearby.
Banks and metro are 5 minutes away.
The price and quality are consistent. The rooms are clean and cozy.

According to the tradition of the Georgian classics: you book a room in the booking - oops, the room is occupied, you forgot to take it off. You come the next day, make an agreement, make an advance payment, arrive at the appointed time - "oh, the previous tenants decided not to leave, there is another room for 800 rubles more expensive and not here at all." At the same time, they don't even warn you about it on the phone. Your prepayment costs nothing, just to promise, take the order, and then how it will turn out. I do not recommend it!
