It was built with high quality, but they save money on repairs. The room has a balcony, refrigerator, kettle. Underfloor heating. There was no sound insulation in our room (#1). There is a patio. The location is quite good-a couple of minutes to the store, 7 to the metro, 15 to a large supermarket, 30 to the city center on foot. The staff is friendly. For breakfast, cheese, sausage, yoghurts, salads, toasts. The hot dishes change every day. Sociable neighborhood cats)

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's cozy at home. Not expensive. Excellent breakfast.
