We were at a birthday party with friends, and left a very unpleasant impression. There are no complaints about the park itself, but there are complaints about the staff!!!
The girl who looked after the children on the trampolines kept saying "boys be quiet, you make my head hurt so much." I'm sorry, of course, but the children came to have fun, run, jump and scream, and where else could they scream, and all the time her tone was pretentious!!! It was very unpleasant to listen. As for the animator, it's a complete failure!!! I understand, as they told us later, he's new (I have nothing against new people, everyone studied once), but why didn't they warn the customer about this?! I think if this is a beginner, then the cost should be lower, you took the full cost from the customer. The spider-Man costume is also a horror, of course, he was even without a mask!!! The only one who pleased me was a photographer girl, pleasant, polite, took good photos.
In general, I just don't advise celebrating holidays in this place.

The child was invited to a birthday party in the fall, it was generally fun, but after 5 children, 2 got sick. It's cool indoors, and considering that children run, jump and warm up, it sometimes turns out to be a sad result. On a day off, the number of children goes through the roof. Why let so many people in if the kids can't jump on the trampoline right away? The staff who should be watching the children occasionally glancing....he makes bored remarks....and everything. And there's chaos all around. In general, and as a result, it's cool, terrible chaos, too many people in a limited space and you can't immediately get what you paid for.

It's a great place. We carry the child almost every week in winter, less often in summer. Very good staff, we spent the child's birthday - everything was done at the highest level. A small question in the shopping center where this park is located is necessary, but there are no questions about the park.

The perfect place for a children's birthday party! A clean, bright decorated hall, balloons for guests as an option. Your cake will be solemnly brought into the hall, candles will be lit. We brought our own food and paper dishes to suit our taste. There is drinking water for free.
They took it without quests - it's also great, the children all managed to eat, jump and get tired in 2 hours.
The trampoline center is fresh and clean, everything is new and in a warm range, and not as it happens when all the colors are mixed up. It's tasteful, good design everywhere. It's important to me. The kid liked the large multi-storey maze. I liked the overall feeling of order and cleanliness: you can walk in white socks and they won't get dirty. There is a briefing, a photographer, and all pleasant staff. Moms can also take turns jumping)))
To make an appointment, call, but do not answer voice mail. On the second attempt, we signed up without any problems. There are few children in the center in the morning and it is quiet even on weekends. Thank you for the holiday!

There is a mess going on in this park, from local instructors.
They either do not keep order at all, how many children jump on the trampoline and in general how many in the park that everyone lacks trampolines. They let everyone in a row, and it doesn't matter that it's already a queue for trampolines. Every time, there are injuries in children, then the lip will be broken, then the nose, and so on. And the instructors at this time with their friends will stand talking about how to hold them left-handed to jump, which I have witnessed more than once.

There were a lot of children on the weekend! What kind of safety can we talk about? What are there "1 person on a trampoline"?! Naturally, it is impossible to stop a child who is already raging there, pick him up or make him wait (he will not listen and you will not cry out), but it is possible to limit the number of "entrances" in the forces of the institution.
The guys who "follow the children" find out their questions through the "matyugalnik"... well, let's say it's clear that it's not possible to shout over the children, but it's at least strange to solve your questions over the loudspeaker.
Of the advantages, very friendly girls at the reception, neat restrooms, where everything is provided for small children, including.
Maybe it will be more comfortable there on weekdays, but on weekends I would not go there anymore.

A specific situation on May 28th, in the evening: an animator in a Spider-Man costume walked at the head of the children to whom he was booked for a birthday. My daughter 2g8m at this moment slides down the children's slide, turns her head, and Spider-Man, instead of just passing by, decides that he is charm itself and ABRUPTLY leaning over my child exclaims Hello! so that my daughter screamed in a voice that was not her own, jumped up in horror and burst into tears. PLEASE tell the animator that not all children love Spider-Man, and kids don't know what he is at all. He looks like a monster in their eyes. He's got a suit from head to toe. Still, it is worth understanding and remembering this when working in a children's center. I am outraged to the limit, I wanted to tell this guy everything personally, but I had no desire to approach him with my daughter in my arms.
