I heard about the FLASH PARK trampoline arena from a friend when we went to the water park with the children, who told me that her daughter fell asleep 15 minutes after returning home.
How great, I thought, I need to exhaust my children so that they fall asleep not in 1-2 hours, but in 15-30 minutes.
And after I heard a mini-lecture about the benefits of jumping (they improve coordination of movements, benefit the cardiovascular system and circulatory system), the decision to visit FLASH PARK became final.
While the children were sleeping, I found the trampoline arena website in the intern, signed up online for a certain time, and in the evening went to conquer FLASH PARK.
I am also grateful to instructor Dana for not letting my children get bored and showing them a few tricks.
After such a wonderful time, I will bring my children here again.

A good place for children and adults. The younger ones are safer with an escort. Trampolines are different, 15 pieces. There are other entertainment options and a dining room with a view of the trampolines. There is a preliminary appointment. You need to look at the price list carefully, there are not obvious combinations that are cheaper for a group than services individually.

A great place for a child! Adults have fun here too. Very nice girls at the entrance. Full briefing. They make sure that there are not too many children. There is always an instructor at the center who monitors the behavior of children and their safety. Lots of space, clean. The child didn't want to leave. I recommend you to visit with the whole family!
