Everything is fine here: coaches, location and service. Until I came across something that I didn't like.
It is convenient to get there, it is pleasant to be there and the training is effective)
It's also cool that the subscription has no reference to the day, time and direction - for me this was the main point when choosing.
Try it and you will stay 😁
I've been going to the studio for aerostretching for a year and a half. The location is convenient, near the bus stop, the halls are periodically renovated, hammocks are updated - this pleases. There are no showers, but they are not much needed, there are toilets shared on the floor. The most favorite aero coaches are Apollinaria, Marina, Yana A. There are strength exercises, stretching, and breaks from above.
I went to a trial lesson in aerostretching with Marya's coach. I really liked the coach, the cozy room with turquoise rugs and high enough ceilings, hammocks in good condition. Caring receptionist girl :) In general, the friendly atmosphere in the studio, and the training itself was dynamic, but without cardio like jumping, which is just not for me) We did a great job on stretching. It would have been great to add a little more elements to the hammocks, but we already worked out very productively in the allotted time. I will definitely come again. I would recommend aerostretching to girls with an average level of training and above)
