The service is just at zero. When you enter the room, the music screams at all that the florists can not even be heard, only when the second person came in, the music was made quieter.
As a person who does not really understand bouquets, I immediately said that I needed a bouquet for the holiday in the region of 50 rubles.The girls' faces are unhappy.I do not offer anything, although if they had been disposed to themselves, they could have offered something better , no one would have refused to buy.There is no price list for packages.(apparently the packaging in transparent cellophane and ribbon costs 17 rubles, because the flowers themselves cost 30 rubles, in the end the amount is 47)They also don't issue checks.
However, when you visit their website, for some reason there is a choice in the area of the same 50 rubles and the bouquets are quite good, but why not offer to collect something and pay a little extra? Apparently, it is not fate to fulfill their duties, what kind of cash registers are there at all then? It's a pity for people who stumbled upon just such a service. I hope that not all employees are like that.
To give 50 rubles for a poor bouquet is something, but the work is done, you can't fix anything, but I definitely won't go there anymore.

Despite the fact that the store is open around the clock, the sellers behave in such a way that you lifted them out of their crib. I bought flowers here twice at night, there was a choice. There is absolutely no choice right now. Bouquets are sluggish, it's hard to look at them. I had to look for another store.

I can't speak for everyone, but it is in this store that I always buy fresh roses. The flowers themselves are dense, fragrant and delight with freshness for a long time. Maybe I was so lucky, maybe the roses were given with great love, but the difference in the photo is almost invisible, and by the time of 14.10 and 28.12. The sellers seem to be burdened by their work, as if you are not welcome here.
The flower varieties are decent, but they are not always fresh. I took roses several times, they don't last long. And once it turned out to be a couple of rotten ones.
Prices are above average, which is due not to the quality, but to the location in a sleeping bag with low traffic.
So it's better to find another place, here the client is not appreciated, they sell stale and beat up the price tag.

I ordered a bouquet of red roses for my wife with delivery to the hospital, for two hours my wife had a gorgeous bouquet in the ward and my wife's emotions cannot be conveyed to you (delight, as always, fresh very beautiful roses ) please my wife and I am sure she will be discharged in the coming days, as wonderful moments quickly force us to go to Correction!!!!
