Of the advantages:
I have been buying/ordering flowers from this store for a long time, and I can say that this place is simply amazing. There is an incredibly comfortable atmosphere here, and florists create simply incomparable compositions. Besides, the quality of the goods here is excellent.
+When I couldn't decide on a bouquet for my wife, florists always came to the rescue and advised me which bouquet would look best. They are incredibly friendly and always ready to help)

My daughter is 10 years old, she decided to please her mother and came to buy my favorite flower with all the money she had saved (a veggie Rose). The child was given a dead rose and also "decorated" with the same withered branch of ozothamnus. In the morning, the flowers finally died (although I immediately cut them off and added powder for bouquets).
It's just incomprehensible to give a child garbage when he wholeheartedly trusts adults and gives the last.

I do not use flower delivery often, but on first impression this store left an unforgettable feeling: they answered quickly, picked up what you need according to a brief description (and even according to the photo), if you do not often give bouquets and this is something rare for you (they helped me pick up the photo at all), I consider this store the best of the best, a tactful manager and a florist who subtly understands the feeling of a wonderful combination! The delivery service works anywhere in our beautiful green region!

Wonderful staff and service - there are no words, wizards! We ordered a bouquet to another city as a gift. They arrived quickly, all the details of the bouquet were agreed upon and photos were sent before delivery. I have been a regular customer of this flower shop for a long time, and every time I am satisfied with their service. They have amazing bouquets at great prices, and communication is always on top. When you need to replace some flowers in a bouquet, they always warn you in advance and send you a photo of the finished bouquet before delivery, which is very nice. Delivery is always on time, even to a small town outside Minsk. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for beautiful flowers and reliable service!

It was necessary to deliver it to the village - it is more than 400 km from Minsk.
There were a lot of questions and nuances on our part - they fulfilled everything and were attentive to us, although we managed to coordinate everything closer to 22 o'clock in the evening.

We lost the order!
On Saturday, March 6th, I decided to order flowers for my mom (2 days before the holiday). My mother lives in the Brest region, so I was looking for an option with delivery to remote regions. I found it Florance.by , clarified the delivery by phone and satisfied with everything neatly arranged. I haven't received an order confirmation for a while, so I decided to call and clarify. The girl said that she had a lot of orders, so "Wait!" and I went quietly to wait for the letter. The confirmation really came after a while, after which, with a calm soul, I began to wait for Monday (March 8th).
The delivery was made from nine in the morning to three in the afternoon. At 3 o'clock, having not received a call from my mother, I decided to call and check if everything was okay. I've been trying to get through for about an hour and a half. The reaction was different: no one was lifting, busy, unavailable, or just dumped. In the end, I managed to get through. The manager girl picked up the phone and started checking my order. After a while, she realizes that everything is bad and says in a drooping voice that she lost my request in her mailbox and it did not get delivered. She immediately offered to send it to me tomorrow (March 9th), to which I replied with amazement "No!", after which the girl took a break to clarify ways to get out of the situation with the authorities and we ended the conversation. After 10 minutes, the director called me back and said that there were only two options: to deliver flowers tomorrow or return the money. They can't "physically" do anything else. A great way to get out of an "exceptional" situation.
The result is about an hour of time spent, a refund and an extremely small chance to find another option at 5 p.m. on March 8th. If it is so easy to make a mistake, then the processes need to be improved. I am sure that the situation was simply ignored and I am writing this review in the hope of somehow influencing the service and making the company appreciate the consumer!
