All the waiters are polite and friendly, the manager is very pleasant

I am surprised by so many negative reviews. Personally, I am delighted with the interior of the restaurant and the friendly attitude towards the guests! They always greet you with a smile here) It has already become a tradition for us to take a club sandwich and coffee here and go for a walk in the park) By the way, French fries are cooked perfectly here and so far there have been no complaints about the quality of the dishes) And also a separate respect for the fact that in summer they are allowed to sit with a dog on the summer porch! Unfortunately, this is a rarity..

1 Star for the interior, 1 star for live music. Everything else that should be in the restaurant is a complete disappointment.
They forgot about one dish at all, the second was cooked for 40 minutes, and when they got home they remembered about it and gave it with them. It's probably a joke.

Delicious food, beautiful interior. The service is not very good, you have to run after the waiter. It's not cheap at all. If you get to live music, you will not be able to communicate, even if you sit down in the farthest corner — the volume is off the scale.

Half of the breakfasts on the menu are not available.
Of those that are available, we ordered 3 omelets, a club sandwich and coffee. Coffee was asked to be brought at the same time as the meal.
Omelets and club sandwich were cooked for 25 minutes. The quality is at 3.
But coffee was stubbornly not brought after the meal was served. The waiters and baristas were laughing in the backyard at the time.
When asked when there would be coffee, they replied: But our coffee machine is broken, there will be no coffee.

Two arrivals purely for the interior and Caesar) the service was long, although a couple of tables were occupied downstairs, we were the only ones upstairs) compared to other establishments in the city, it's not cheap at all. Caesar is delicious, friends ordered a burger and pasta, didn't like it.

Very noisy and shouting staff,
the restaurant manager, a vague girl screaming at the whole
hall, considers it normal to hug her
friends when the ordered coffee for guests has been cooling
on the bar for 5 minutes.
The waitress personally opened the container with pastries
in front of me and put a portion on the plate for the guest with her HANDS.
The bartender yelling non-stop, tasteless and just
shameful made coffee.
When you call yourself by an Italian name,
please go to Italy and learn about hospitality
in the service sector.
I feel wild and fierce shame for Armenia when I see that
foreigners are there.
The waitresses scream a lot when they take an order
and pretend to be doing you a favor.
It's terrible, it's a shame, it's a lie!
