A residential complex, Europeans and Egyptians live here, you can rent a studio for 200-250s ,there are three swimming pools, but all without heating ,good security ,well-groomed territory , an excellent gardener who looks after flowers and shrubs
I had a vacation here in January 2023. My son's family also lives here and a friend bought apartments in this complex. I've arranged them, renovated them, furnished them, all the furniture. The room is just sweet 🍬
There is a large swimming pool inside the complex. It is not heated, so no one swims there in winter. Although they sunbathe on the sun beds in the morning, while the sun sets in the courtyard.
The rooms are all equipped with sleeping places (there are beds and sofas), a refrigerator, a washing machine, a kitchen corner at the entrance, a large wardrobe.
There is a table and chairs on the balcony. Some balconies have blackout curtains, but not everywhere.
A lot of apartments have been bought in this complex, people come here on vacation. And a lot are rented, both for long-term and short-term stays.
The average price is $225 - $250.
But I paid $300 for half a month. This is already expensive...
the complex itself is well staffed with security guards, cleaners, and is very well maintained. Floors and stairs are regularly washed, garbage is taken out, and the pool is cleaned.
Noisy residents are being evicted.
The complex is home to many Slavs from different countries. There are many Russian-speaking children playing in the yard.
There are many different kinds of shops near the complex: grocery stores (which have cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt, dumplings, dumplings), vegetable tents, coffee shops with hookah, laundries where you can hem trousers or wash large items (blankets, blankets).
Good location.
However, the complex does not have its own beach. And this is a big minus. We took a taxi to the Mashrabiya area, where we went to the paid beach.
Because of this, I will not stay in this complex anymore. I'll pick up something with the beach.
