“I want to express my gratitude for the incredible service. I urgently needed flowers delivered to an address in Donetsk by 7:00 a.m., while I am on another continent. Despite the time difference and the lack of pre-order, the staff immediately responded, helped to choose a bouquet and accepted the order. The flowers were delivered on the minute, the bouquet exceeded all expectations — it was amazing! According to my text, a postcard was signed, for which special thanks! Thank you for your attention, efficiency and individual approach. The guys really got into the situation and did everything at the highest level!
