I ordered bouquets three times, everything was just five points. Yes, it wasn't cheap, but the bouquets were amazing. Our last order of flowers for Mom's birthday was a complete failure..the flowers in the bouquet were replaced, I didn't see them in the photo at first, then they started saying that they would bloom, but they stupidly wilted the very next day. Someone called me back, apologizing...We wanted to replace the bouquet, but we were no longer in the mood to contact the store.

I always recommended this flower to everyone until the last case. I was choosing flowers online. The choice fell on peonies. They are not everywhere to be found now. She said that they would come and take it now. As a result, after 20 minutes, when my mother came to the flower shop, it was no longer available. As it turned out later, it was necessary to pay in advance, which I was not notified about. After my claim that I should have been told about the payment and that it was wrong to do so, I completely ignored it. The service is at zero.

I ordered flowers 3 times with delivery. I am in another city myself.
The first time there was a jamb on March 8th. It is clear that the load is heavy, but still flowers were delivered at 8 a.m. instead of 12 o'clock, and even without a postcard with sweets. But they were delivered the next day.
The second time, the recipient was not at home, the bouquet was simply returned back to the store, they wrote about it, and they tried to deliver it again by contacting both me and the recipient. Everything is polite and loyal.
The third time there were no problems, the bouquet was delivered an hour after the delivery was made)
I am satisfied with the service, and the lady is happy with the flowers)

Just an amazing store, a gorgeous selection of flowers, surprised by the choice of exotic flowers, very polite staff, the girls create just wonderful bouquets, we haven't had such a flower shop in the city yet, this is the only store where I was able to buy a bouquet at two o'clock in the morning.
