I drank coffee there a couple of times.I liked. Quiet environment in the city center. There is a summer terrace outside and a hall inside. The staff is polite and efficient) well done guys)))

For some reason, some visitors are not served - the waiters do not walk, even after 15 minutes, and do not respond to calls, although the waiters were sitting 7-10 meters away from us, there were 5-7 people. During lunch at a nearby restaurant, we noticed that several groups of customers were also not served.. It's very strange.. I had to go to the nearby restaurant "Lights of Tashkent", and have a great rest, have a delicious meal.

Visitors are allowed to smoke cigarettes in the premises of the institution. Non-smokers find it very unpleasant. When the waitress asked if there was a ban on smoking in public places in Uzbekistan, they replied that there was not. When asked when the law was repealed, they replied that it works in markets where they can be fined, and establishments in the country are divided into those where you can smoke (read where law enforcement agencies did not reach), and where smoking is prohibited by the administration.

The service is low, many waiters do not know Russian, they often get lost and have to look for them. The atmosphere is great, I always liked this location, the summer veranda is at a height and the second floor is very cozy. The waiting time for orders is average, as everywhere else. The food is average, and there are tastier places and establishments. I really like the interior, everything is tasteful and in style.

Positive: they immediately gave out a menu, however, in English. The order was quickly delivered. The food is delicious.
Cons: there is no non-smoking room, the waiter smoked right in the closet on the 2nd floor, and it is located next to the table. The bill was carried sooooo long. I had to wait about 20-25 minutes. During this time, the waitress managed to serve 2 other tables.

I visited this institution several times and each time the visit was associated with some kind of trouble. Once the wrong cream soup was brought (the waiter tried to prove that we ordered it). Another time they brought two salads instead of one (I was choosing between two salads and settled on one). It often happens that no one greets you, a visitor, there are no waiters with menus ready to take an order, as today, for example. And today I was given someone's bitten piece of flatbread! I ordered soup, Afghan flatbread and Caesar salad. Having had enough of the soup, he asked to arrange the remains of the tortilla with him (there were several pieces left) and a salad. They packed me only a salad, and when I was outraged by the lack of a flatbread, the girl rushed off somewhere (she forgot, they say) and after a while the guy brought me a cellophane bag with two pieces. I was worried that I had a lot more pieces left, they apologized, okay. Already at home I discovered that one of these pieces turned out to be bitten off (i.e. someone's leftovers were put in my mouth!). And for such service in this institution they charge 15%!
You can't work like this, friends. There are no complaints about the kitchen, but something clearly needs to be done with the service, because the institution does not position itself as a cheap eatery.

It is annoying that in the evening beggars walk right on the tables and the staff does not react to them in any way! Therefore, it is better to sit inside. For this 4, not 5!

It was one of the favorite places in the city, but now they left without even making an order. 2 times I had to get up and ask them to come take the order, but the waiters apparently forgot about us even after that. In addition, the photo shoot that was arranged a meter away from us and the photographer standing 5 points away from you did not brighten up the impression. The content of the institution has also changed significantly for the better compared to what it was half a year ago. I do not recommend visiting.
