Awful. I was late for the event, ran in with my flowers (from my mother's garden), asked to pack, the answer, and even with what expression on my face, as if I took the last piece of bread, "I PACK ONLY FLOWERS BOUGHT HERE."
I often use the flower packaging service, no flower has ever refused. I thought okay, with my quirks, I asked to cut off the craft paper. There is no one, only colored ones, and time is running out, I think okay, I chose another one, asked for the price, 5p for a 20cm piece of paper. For a moment, the package with the bouquet ribbon is 2-3 times larger EVERYWHERE, no more than 5-7p. She refused.
I am shocked, now if flowers are needed urgently, I will go to other flower shops on principle.

A very controversial opinion! My husband gave me the first bouquet for my birthday and the flowers were there for a week. The second bouquet of three roses was presented on 19.04, and already on 21.04 the flowers look like this! Unfortunately, immediately after removing the film, I saw these rose leaves, for which they paid 30p, that is, incredibly expensive! If the husband had kept the check, she would have gone and demanded a refund, because this is generally disrespectful to customers! A person buys flowers to make another person feel good, and not to throw money away for the roses that were on the loose initially (everything is clear by the look of the leaves). The flowers were pruned, the water was changed, but nothing helped them to stand for at least 5 days.

Flowers seem to be in the water with some kind of recharge, more than once I had to buy flowers in this store and not a single bouquet stood for 24 hours, all recommendations on the amount of water, etc. were always followed, but flowers literally after 8 hours begin to wither and this is really strange, with none of the other flowers shops don't do that. There's not much to say about the price, it's just very overpriced and does not match the quality at all
