On Instagram, my attempts to decide on a bouquet were tolerated for a long time, as a result, they offered to name the desired amount and shades, they will assemble the bouquet themselves and send a photo / video for approval. I didn't expect anything special, but when the photos and videos were sent, my reaction was "wow." The bouquet turned out to be lush and beautiful. The courier, an attentive and responsible man, delivered the flowers, carefully straightened the packaging, and helped to get them out of the water. It would seem small details, but it is so pleasant and valuable.

It is clear that not all flowers may be available, but you cannot collect another bouquet that is remotely similar and expect the customer to pick it up, especially considering the flowers are not fresh.
Flower salon cvetok.I don't recommend it. Employees are irresponsible. We ordered flowers with delivery. The exact time of delivery was indicated - 9.00. A postcard was also to be attached to the flowers. We paid everything in advance. On the day of delivery, the bouquet was not delivered by the appointed time, when they started calling, they said they were working from 9.00 and could not deliver flowers in advance. Why was it necessary to accept the order? If a specific time was indicated in principle. In addition to everything, they brought flowers without a postcard, forgot about it, the courier was coming back. Flowers with a postcard were delivered only by 10.00, after calls and reminders. Congratulations were thwarted, an unpleasant aftertaste remained. So, if you do not want to spoil your holiday, do not contact this institution!
There are flower shops near me - this is a fact; but it was important for me to deliver within 1.5 hours in another part of the city. I asked by phone if it would be possible to deliver before the specified time - and as a result, we were 30 minutes late with this organization, and the person just left.
The delivery address was changed to mine, but the fact is that it would be more profitable to dispose of money and time if the store realistically estimated the delivery.
Conclusion: I do not advise for urgent deliveries.

We collected a bouquet in the morning on 08.03. By the evening of 10.03. Exactly half of all the flowers remained from the bouquet, the rest simply withered. This is despite the fact that the bouquet was being watched. As a result, the money spent is extremely sorry. I would not buy again, since the cost in this place is higher than the average for the nearest stores, and there is no guarantee that this will not happen.
A wonderful store, always fresh flowers. Nice girls are consultants, they will always advise. I have never been "burned". A loyalty program is in effect. I highly recommend it.

I applied to this company three times, two were normal, but the third time was just terrible. A bouquet with broken twigs was brought, I would not have paid attention to it if not for the general condition of the flowers, sluggish, frozen, as if they were at least three days old, the manager first reacted adequately to my claim, said that they would make a new one and bring it, it was possible to resolve this issue, however, a few hours later, the manager said that this is a damaged bouquet, accusing me of this, I wonder what is the point for me to break the bouquet that a young man ordered for me in order to rattle my nerves and spoil the mood for the whole day with a bouquet for 160 rubles?)) on the second day, the roses lowered their heads, the general condition of the bouquet became even worse (in less than a day!!)
As a result, they brought me some of the flowers that were in poor condition, it's just ridiculous, the bouquet from an allegedly professional company looks just shameful.
Visiting and buying what I was happy with, a nice decorated room with a bunch of vegetation, everything is as it should be, they told me how to take care of the selected plant. I recommend it!
Ordering flowers for March 8 turned into a scandal. The store did not calculate its capabilities and there were a lot of orders for March 8. My daughter ordered me flowers. It was supposed to be a surprise for mom, but the service disrupted the surprise and caused a scandal. As a result, I had to look for an order, and at 20.00 I went to pick it up myself, but what about the delivery of a box of flowers worth 280 bel. I didn't even dream of it. since the administrator wrote that the couriers are overloaded. In the store, to my indignation, I was told, "what do you think your order is very important to us, you will show off, we will refund your money," after I read the reviews of the work of this store and it turns out that this attitude is the norm. Disgusting. I don't recommend it. I ordered a bouquet for my birthday, they brought flowers that were not the first freshness. On the second day, the flowers were covered with rotten yellow petals. For a lot of money, they provided not only a low-quality service, but also pretended that I was a fool who did not understand colors. I showed them a photo of the terrible state of the flowers, and in response they gave me encyclopedic characteristics of flowers and their smells, and also advised me to pick the ugly rotten petals all over the bouquet and enjoy the view further. My sister was upset, but I wanted to give positive emotions, because it's so important when you can't be with your loved ones on their birthday.

Something is messing up the store, before that they bought flowers in other places and they stood for 2 weeks.

I bought ficus ginseng and myrtle in this store. There are no problems with ficus. But I do not recommend buying myrtle here. The plant got unkempt and sick (or ill). You don't have to leave or read reviews on their website, everything is fake, it's easy to check.
