On November 10, I ordered anthurium for delivery on the same day, transferred the money to the card. The delivery of the flower was not carried out either on the specified date or after it, which I became aware of on 03/11/24. No one notified me about it. We agreed on delivery on 03/12/2024 specifically at 13.00, but the store contacted the recipient only after 15.00. The flower was not delivered again. I have never seen a more terrible service in my life.

I bought flowers in this store today. One of the advantages is a huge assortment. But this is the first time I have met such an attitude. The seller specified who the flowers were for. I replied that it was for myself. She picked out a branch and twisted it suspiciously and put it on the other side. There were doubts about the quality of the product and when I left the store, I found an initially broken branch. In the dark, the fracture seemed small, so I did not go back, since I can hardly move at the moment.
And at home, in the light, it turned out that the flower was barely holding on. I wanted to cheer myself up with a bouquet of flowers, but in the end I ruined it even more. The flowers in the broken branch stand for 3 hours and have already wilted.

The worst delivery service that has been encountered at the moment. I do not advise anyone to order anything here, unless you are ready to spend your nerves and wait for delivery all day.
We ordered 2 deliveries to 2 different addresses on March 8th (ordered in advance).
The delivery time was chosen at 12:00-13:00.
At 14:00, they began to be interested in the fate of the delivery, because the recipients were asked not to go anywhere and wait. Somewhere from the 15th time we got through, it turned out that the delivery was in the interval of 2 hours. As a result, the 1st bouquet was delivered after 15:00.
Next, we were waiting for the 2nd bouquet, which could not reach in any way. After calling the store, it turned out that the bouquet had already been delivered. It turned out that he was taken to a neighboring house and marked as delivered.As a result, according to our order, the bouquet that we ordered was not delivered at all (after 17:00)
Employee comment - you have to understand our position and understand us. the 2nd bouquet was replaced with a completely different one, because ours was the last one and they gave it to someone else without our knowledge at all.
As a result, the recipients waited for the bouquet almost all day, due to the fact that the service staff cannot provide it with high quality and perform their work normally.
