Flight 988 Moscow (Vnukovo) - Dubai departure on June 17, 00.50 was delayed for 40 minutes (so it was written on the scoreboard) . In fact, the plane took off at 02.00. Arrived one hour late.
We had a connection with another flight, also fly Dubai. We were on time for a flight , but they wouldn 't let us go there . The flight was scheduled for the next day. Who will reimburse us for a day in hotels, which is not cheap? Yes, they gave me a hotel, fed me. But we planned a vacation such as we paid for, and not imposed by the problems of the air carrier

I flew for the first time, with this company, but I liked everything.The plane wasn't big, but it was comfortable enough.Everything was without expectations, for a 5-hour flight we were fed a hot lunch (two types to choose from).Clean, cozy.I recommend.

The plane is small. Places where you can sit down and recline your back and there is more than 10 cm between the seats, they sell directly on the plane, they give water 1 time in a packed 50 gram glass. God forbid to fly with a short docking! Flights are constantly late, although with compensation by providing a hotel with meals, but the day of vacation is lost. The logistics of the docking is incomprehensible to the mind, the arrival at the terminal is unclear, then the bus from the ramp takes you to the terminal for 2 minutes 20. To get on the connecting flight, you need to take the bus again (if there is an hour left before takeoff, they won't let you on the bus) and move to terminal 3 for 50 minutes, from there the bus to the ramp takes you again through the entire airfield for 30 minutes, apparently, back to terminal 2. It's just a quiet horror.

The flight from Dubai to Makhachkala was scheduled to take place at 23.55. The airline postponed the flight for 5 hours, citing airport repairs. And the representative of the airport said that they have no repairs! I cancelled my tickets because I was not satisfied with the departure time. I hope for compensation from the airline.

I sincerely don't understand people who write bad reviews .This is not Emirates , when buying tickets , look at which airport this airline departs from and on which planes .Emirates has no Boeing 737-800 and they never fly from Vnukovo .You need to be at least a little interested in information .As for flydubai ?I will say this: there was a slight delay in the flight (processing the wings of the aircraft (this is your safety.You can pay 200 dirhams for the 16th row and you will fly even more comfortably than in Emirates .The food is decent , there are no rolls , butter , cookies that only spoil your figure .Good takeoff and excellent landing .Thanks

We flew on April 10, arriving at Dubai Airport Terminal 2, we sat on the plane for half an hour in the heat, we were not allowed off the plane, we were also unlucky back on April 20, we waited a long time to board the plane, but already in the cold in the bus.

So, the cabin is dirty, they are unlikely to pour you tea once again. It all starts with the sale of alcohol and then free food, and then, I repeat, such a problem to pour more tea, I first encountered, and I flew with different airlines. The stewardess is doing you a favor by talking and coming up to you. There are no televisions, the seats are uncomfortable, there is little space between the seats. In general, you don't feel welcome on board, on the contrary, be grateful.

Otherwise, everything is fine, polite staff, clean and modern interior, the food was decent, it was delicious, it was not cold on the plane, the temperature was pleasant, we flew comfortably.

FZ918 instead of departure on 28.01.2023 at 01.37, they took off on 28.01.2023 at 18.07, the representatives were silent, they did not give any information, everyone was sitting on the floor and so on, no water or food, after scandals and demands from the crowd of angry passengers, they gave vouchers to the hotel around 05.00, in connection with which they had to stay in the hotel until 16.00, then they were invited to airport, one day of rest is gone!!!! If the company does not recruit a full plane, then it practices flight cancellation. Read the news: in January, the flight was delayed for tourists for 3 days, in February for almost 2 days. In order not to reimburse tourists and travel agencies for money, they do this under the pretext of technical malfunctions (then it is considered force majeure and you can not compensate for anything).

Horror, not the airline. We take off from Colombo airport - an old dirty stuffy plane, the seats are broken, the seats are hard like in Moscow buses, the air conditioners do not work. The Russian "Victory" is probably many times better than this horror. Tickets cost the same as in good airlines.
