They have a hairdresser, Ainura, who is not competent, rude and unfriendly. She didn't even cut her son's hair, saying I answered her the wrong way, although I talked to her normally, and initially she was kind of twitchy, couldn't wash her head properly, then she freaked out and refused to cut her son's hair.
