Nice complex, gym, sauna and swimming pool. I didn't go to the gym, but the machines and shells are modern, the bass is good, there are 25m tracks and a paddling pool for kids. The sauna is also good - a steam room (without a broom), a hammam, a cold font and a relaxation room with a kettle and a mini fridge, for an additional fee you can rent one track in the sauna. We were satisfied with the visit!

In requests to go to a meeting (we are athletes who came for 40-minute cardio) and allow attendance for at least an hour (the gym is open until 22.00), we even took into account that 1.30 was free for training, we received a rude refusal. Specifically, I want to draw the attention of the administration to the employee of the reception, Natalia Vladimirovna Drozd , who turned into personal insults, not being shy of the visitors who were also in the Lobby, she was rude and talked with disregard for the rules of conduct with customers. My position is that athletes should be able to train freely and gain access to the gym, the time was not critical for visiting, and the desire of visitors could be taken into account. We go often, the situation with this employee is not the first. Please start an internal audit.
There is a problem with opening and closing lockers, the operation of hair dryers. As it is, everything is fine. It's nice to finally have a swimming pool in our area.

Cons: at the entrance to the men's locker room, we were met by two women with mops slowly mopping the floor. And only after 5 minutes and my indignation, they also slowly left the locker room. And this waiting time was paid for by me for swimming.
In the shower in front of the pool, I was unlucky and I did not guess which faucet is responsible for cold and which for hot water (there are no identification marks on the taps). And as a result, decent hand burns with boiling water. (A shower in front of the pool is a mandatory procedure for everyone, including children).
Next, in front of the pool, an aquamarine employee forbids me to enter the water, since I am not wearing a cap. (there are no rules for visiting the pool on the official Aquamarine website) I am trying to find out from an employee for what purpose a hat is needed, since my head is shaved bald and I cannot pollute the water with lost hair. I have not received such claims in any pool all the time. I was sent to the management. There's a hat vending machine in the lobby, but it only works for cash, I didn't have any. A person who did not introduce himself, representing the higher management, showed me the internal rules for using the pool, which states that visitors are required to have a cap. When asked how this rule is justified, I repeatedly received the answer: "it says so here."
Since I did not receive the pool service I paid for, I asked for a refund, according to the paid receipt, observing the rules for using the cash register and issuing the appropriate refund receipt. To which he received a categorical refusal from a representative of the Aquamarine management.
Such a bad vacation.
I liked the massage chairs (although sometimes they "hang"), the gym. I didn't like that in winter you need to change into a change of shoes on the sofas near the wardrobe, but in order to enter the hall you still have to leave the clean area to where everyone wears street shoes.So what's the point? On the other hand. As I understand it , you have to completely change clothes in front of the wardrobe , because after entering the b/w turnstile, money is already being counted out...Then why the locker rooms?)))In general, the system is strange and not thought out.
We visited relatives in Maryina Gorka and were pleasantly surprised by the appearance of such a wonderful complex. Everything is at a fairly high level, even in comparison with the Moscow pools. We were especially pleased with the affordable prices, sterile cleanliness and, of course, the friendly staff: many thanks to the girls at the reception, the coaches, the wardrobe worker for their patience, because we came in a big company with children. Minor flaws like broken cabinet locks, I think, do not deserve any special attention.In any case, we will come to you on our next visits to the Republic of Belarus.
In the locker room for the gym, the lockers that are closed with a bracelet are constantly not working, and the lockers with keys are all closed, although there are few people. There is no boiler with water, you have to bring your own water. The staff is polite, everything is clean and tidy. The coaches are great! The prices are reasonable.
A good sports complex, an excellent Sauna, a gym, a children's and adult swimming pool, prices are lower than in Minsk for services, but I would like to see in the social network. The networks were more often notified about the ongoing competitions and so on, because sometimes the tracks in the pool are occupied, it's good that I live two steps away.
Excellent swimming pool, prices are pleasant compared to Minsk. The only drawback is that on weekdays, children have training sessions and you can get there only in the evening. And once we got there when there was a training session on the neighboring tracks for children - it was loud and hard. And so everything is great. I recommend
