The store is located on the back side of the building, so it is not visible from Orlovskaya Street. The store is small, but there are a lot of tools. You can immediately check out and pay. Prices are slightly lower than the average for the city. Some positions are much lower than average.
I bought an adapter from a 1/2" to 1/4" square, there are practically none in online stores in the city. And here it is and turned out to be at a pleasant price.
I was pleased with the store, I will visit more often.

A terrible place, I regret that I went there at all, once we bought a jack from them, oil flowed from the jack a day later, they took it back, said they would call tomorrow , no one called for a week, called myself and all I could find out from them was that nothing was known, in short, I walked for half a month without a jack and without money and in the end they gave me a used jack that they supposedly fixed. In short, this was the last visit to them . I'm not going to pay the price of a new jack for a used one.

I ordered a 3-ton JCB jack on Friday, they called back and said they would deliver it Monday-Tuesday, I refused, since I myself would be passing through Minsk and pick it up. On Monday, they called that the jack had already been delivered to the store from the warehouse. I arrived, checked, noted the documents, even kindly insisted that they help me carry it to the car and load it into the trunk) it weighs 35 kg, it's big, it's a little uncomfortable for one. I made an order, made a payment, they said that from 100 rubles they would be delivered for free, I once again clarified whether they would be delivered exactly, but that's not the task, on the day of delivery I decided to clarify the delivery time, but I did not receive an answer, as well as delivery. The next day, I dialed them to clarify about the delivery, to which they told me that they would call back, they called back after 3 hours and said that they had not brought and would not bring because the driver was ill yesterday, and the second courier would not be lucky. I asked if the order was collected, they told me that everything was collected on Orlovskaya, I arrived and spent 20 minutes in the store besides the road, and the funny thing is that not only did I not receive any apologies, but also a promotional product (gloves) I didn't get it either! In general, the impression is 0 out of 5, it's a pity 1 minimum.

The feeling that I was dealing with a district polyclinic:
- I couldn't get through for half a day;
- what is available on the site is not available;
- the order was not accepted by phone, sending it to the website. Comment: "too much information is needed to accept an order by phone." Although the salon agreed without question to cancel the reservation by article.
- Orders are strictly accepted only through the website. When I called the supervisor on the phone and told him a number of reasons why the site could not accept the completed form, they advised me to "put something in the basket so that the order form would work, and indicate what is needed in the comment."
I highly recommend not contacting this office.

It's not the first time I buy from them, but every time some kind of joke, then payment is not accepted by "Pay" although they write the opposite everywhere, then the position turns out to be custom-made, the hot is listed on their website as available and you have to cancel the entire order, because I finished up to 100p for the sake of a custom position and a discount of 5p (which is expressed in a pair of gloves in their opinion).
