I do not recommend this organization, I wanted to purchase 32 GB of laptop RAM (2 16 GB strips). The photo on their website is exactly what I need. I called in ADVANCE for availability and asked to clarify that it has 16 chips or 8 (there are different versions). During the day, I was told yes, everything is OK, 16 chips. When the order was prepared (order number 121930), I arrived and, fortunately, immediately decided to look at the warehouse, before paying, they showed me 8 chips.
You wasted my time, plus you disrupted the planned laptop maintenance (dust cleaning, replacement of thermal paste and thermal pads). In normal services, there is a queue, now you will have to search and wait again.
If you were too lazy to watch, they would say so, why are you wasting someone else's time?
