Guess what answer you got from Atlant-M? Everything is fine with your oil, you can drive with it. Pure fraud. at the stage of sale, they behaved correctly, but for warranty service, they are based on all claims without foundation. The adjustable trunk shelf in the Ford Kuga broke, there is no regulatory load on it in the operating instructions. The load did not exceed 100 kg. with the shelf position "flat floor", but the stunted shelf broke. It is on such a trifle that the dealer's customer orientation is revealed. in principle, their service is not very good, I previously watched the Merc GLK (bu) from them, I almost bought it, so the box kicks there and the interior heater does not work at all, but the seller did not inform me about this beforehand.

We went to get a certificate for the traffic police. This service costs 35 rubles, it was done in an hour. To brighten up the waiting time, they gave coupons for free tea or coffee in a cafe, it's nice. There are no new Ford passenger cars in the cabin, it's a pity.
They said on the phone that I would pay only for the result and called the amount at 99p, upon arrival the amount turned out to be about 120p. As a result, we will not do anything without diagnostics, but we do not guarantee the result either. And also buy this and that from us and get a discount. In general, the result is zero, the problem has not been solved, the money has been ripped off. I will contact you only as a last resort if no one offers other options.
This is an interesting architecture of the former office of the Ford Car Dealership, a decent car, high-quality and not cheap, for some reason unappreciated in the markets of Russia and Belarus. The staff of managers is extremely well staffed, there is no unnecessary praise and obsessive insistence on purchasing goods. I liked a certain delicacy in communication.
Poor quality and overpriced prices due to the lack of other official Ford warranty service. They can't answer a single question. They brought a defective part for replacement and installed it without looking. They also tried to sell it, talking about tolerances.
I liked the manager who served me, and not the one who spoke on the phone once and explained...and then I forgot about what I promised..... namely that one!! Who decided everything!))

A terrible HUNDRED. It's the worst I've ever seen. many "garage workers" will have a better service.
1. I have been waiting for the replacement of the PTF for the CASCO for the third month. First of all, after receiving the referral from the insurance company, I called them to leave a request for a replacement. I was asked to send the documents by e-mail, which was immediately done. After that, they forgot about me for 2 months. Somehow I was able to get through and "get" to the right department, but the specialist (Maxim Shemetyuk) dealing with my issue was never in place. As a result, one girl (did not introduce herself) called me back and said that why my application was not visible anywhere in their database and it was lost somewhere. She asked me to send the documents a new one. I sent it again, to another email address. This time to the specialist Kirill Dubanevich. I asked to inform you about the timing of the repair this time, to which I have not yet received an answer. It's been about a week now.
As a result, I have already managed to pay 2 fines for a failed inspection (because I cannot pass it with a broken headlight).
So far, no one has called or reported anything.
2. The recall campaign is carried out "at will". At their request and at their discretion. I have a car from America. The manufacturer has already managed to organize several recall campaigns for it. Atlant-M Borovaya - they decide for themselves which reviews to carry out and which not. For example, the steering wheel mounting bolt is changed for everyone. The locks in the doors are 50/50. Belt tensioners 50/50. The plug of the automatic transmission cable is for no one. (information collected in the auto club)

3. The extended warranty is again carried out selectively. At the time of the appeal, the age of the car was 3.5 years old. On the Atlant-M Borovaya website, it was indicated that the warranty can be issued for a car of ANY country of origin. At this phrase, the representatives of the service bulged their eyes at me and looked at me in disbelief as if I were an idiot. At the time of writing the review, information about "any camp" was safely removed from the site. The course of action is unclear. After all, I wanted to sign a contract with them and pay a lot of money for it! (plus, they have a service obligation only. again, an extra penny) Conclusion: they do not want to earn money and strain themselves once again.
P.S. and another story from my colleague, the owner of the European Ford, whom they don't seem to be afraid of. The brake fluid has leaked. Atlant M specialists said that the GTC is flowing. As a result, the leak turned out to be in a completely different place.
Once again, I am convinced of the incompetence of the employees and the compliance with the famous phrase "service to Belarus!"
Hat. Now they are dragging their feet and do not want to change the block under warranty. And about 5 years ago I came to them (in another car) for diagnostics. Two engineers went for a ride with me. They heard the malfunction, they took money for diagnostics, but they did not know how to fix it. And then I went to the forum, where I read that if I had a malfunction, I just had to clean the throttle, which I did myself.
Repairs here -if you're lucky, the diagnosis will be revealed, then they will do it.
Or by replacing expensive nodes, they will dig until they are eliminated
I visited them a couple of days ago. Such a service was terrible and has remained so. A lot of paperwork, I had to sit for about an hour to pick up the car! It is upsetting to have a bad and indifferent attitude towards customers.
