The restaurant itself is beautiful, very well suited to the renovation and interior, the eye is happy. The service is good, the waiter Olga is very polite, supports the conversation. Interior 10/10, service 10/10. Areas for development: cuisine and knowledge of the menu by the waiter:
1. Naryn noodle soup, beautiful serving, very tasty broth, kazy is tough, it was not cooked, baursaks are cold, hard, dense, not tasty
2. The kuerdak is dry, the meat is tough, there was not enough gravy and ingredients inherent in the dish (offal). The flatbread is delicious, but because the dish is dry, it doesn't do much good
3. The mantas were baked, they are fire, the second ones are steamed with greens. They did not like them at all, the greens have a characteristic pronounced taste, interrupting the rest of the taste
4. The national Buza drink, according to the waiter, is a drink made from cow's milk, judging by the taste and information from the Internet, it is a fermentation drink of cereals (millet, barley, etc.), without adding milk. Which is true, you know better.
The review was written in order to convey information to the owner, because the work and approach to the restaurant is huge.
We recently visited this wonderful restaurant and were completely delighted! The kitchen is simply on top – each dish was a real work of art and impressed with both taste and serving. I was especially impressed by the freshness of the products and the originality of the recipes.
The service also deserves special praise. The waiters were very attentive, always ready to help and cope with any request. The atmosphere of the place is cozy and inviting, I want to come back again and again.
I definitely recommend this restaurant to lovers of good cuisine and quality service!
