A terrible experience! I bought bubble tea at your place, and it was the worst thing I've tried. The taste of the drink was so unpleasant that I had to throw it away after a couple of sips. It feels like you're drinking something artificial and stale.
More than half of the cocktail is ground ice. I am very disappointed, especially for such a price! Absolutely not worth the money spent.
We took a drink, and as a result, straight outright ground ice, with a drop of drink. Absolutely tasteless, it is impossible to drink. You can warn in advance that the snow will refuse. There is ice in the composition and this is acceptable, BUT NOT ONE ICE WITH SUCH A DROP OF THE DRINK THAT THE TASTE IS NOT FELT. For this price, you can try your best. There were no such issues with ticks of drinks last time. I do not recommend it!
They took a milk drink with creme brulee, asked to make it warm.
The drink is similar to (cold!) a mixture of black tea that stood for a day and a cheap banana supplement. It's sad to even look at this chacha, but it's impossible to drink. An incomprehensible liquid with a tasteless cream layered over the entire glass, the color of the feces of a person who ate something wrong.
Sorry for the time and money spent. The mood is spoiled, and the food is in the trash.

I will not write about the taste of the drink itself, because everyone has different tastes.But it hurts, I want to write about the attitude of the staff. We are suitable to place an order. I decide to try the drink for the first time, usually when I come somewhere for the first time I consult with the staff. There were two girls, one of them was on the phone, the other was taking an order. The one who took it was probably new and asked a lot from the one in the phone and the elementary question "how is this different from this?" the one in the phone twisted her face (as if this was such a stupid question)and she replied with "taste." As a result, although they helped me with the choice somehow, but it was terrible service.(I repeat that with the choice of "what to take, which balls to add" I was helped by the word ... in no way). As a result. The base was supposed to be "grapes", but there was an "apple" (or a full kiwi apple, I don't remember exactly what it was called). But the fact that it was clearly not grapes is 100%. I repeat, everything would be fine, but to stand with such a face as if a person is in hard labor ... I came in a good mood, asked with a smile, but they treated me so that I no longer have the desire to go there and try something new. I'm not talking in full colors about that girl who sat on the phone throughout the entire dialogue.
P.S. The drink itself was not bad. They were served quickly.
Waitress Katya does not do her job very well. Dissatisfied appearance and unwillingness to answer questions about products discourage the desire to order anything.
A very impolite seller (Katya), who does not want to answer your questions at all and advise on the assortment. Mango tea itself with passion fruit balls was not delicious and not even cold, but slightly chilled. I don't recommend it.
