30.06.2024 celebrated her birthday. My husband and I sometimes dropped in for coffee/lemonade with dessert. The place is very pleasant, on the banks of the river, so the choice fell on this institution. I think it was a mistake, for a restaurant with such a price level, the food tastes average, and in general it was more or less, not just terrible, but definitely much below expectations. I'll start with the pros: clear service, polite waiter (except for one moment when he directly argued that we ordered citrus, not tropical lemonade), very beautiful view from the terrace, comfortable with a small child who has room to run around, liked the snacks (antipasti, tomatoes, focaccia), awesome cake (I ordered a "Milling cutter", I recommend it). Now, BUT: the main dishes looked so beautiful in the picture and, alas, were very poorly cooked. Swordfish is over-dried, the side dish is bland. The portion of Dorado is such that for the portion just brought, they thought it was leftovers (it was so mini), the chicken is OK, but also a little dry. In short, the cook who cooked the main dishes got a two. I asked if something was provided for my birthday, they said that a piece of cheesecake was missing. Well, I could even survive that, considering I ordered a cake. But the most annoying thing is that I celebrated my birthday right on the day, neither the waiter nor any of the staff even congratulated me verbally, although I have repeatedly said that it was a birthday. The cake that I ordered and paid for was just quietly taken out, no candles, no congratulations, just put on the table. In short, there is no festive atmosphere, it is very insulting, especially doubly insulting when I celebrated with friends in another place on Saturday, there was a cake as a gift, and it was beautifully taken out, and sincerely congratulated, and even in the SPA restaurant on the occasion of a birthday dessert and, most importantly, congratulations are provided. In general, the place is average, it's OK to sit in a cafe with a cup of coffee, go here to a restaurant and even more so celebrate some kind of celebration, I do not advise.
I really liked the summer terrace with a beautiful view of the embankment. It became especially atmospheric in the evening, when the street lights and the multicolored illumination of the fountain lit up, and the waiters turned on small lamps at each table. I was also pleased with the kitchen. Salad with apricots and Parma ham is original, light, summer. Confit duck is the most delicate, perfectly cooked. We were also surprised by the unusual desserts. A mini banana with coffee ice cream resembles a real banana, and cottage cheese with tofu, pistachio and berry sauce visually look like sausages with peas. Very creative, modern and delicious.

I have been looking for an institution for a long time to celebrate my birthday in a close family circle-4 people. My choice fell on the Fornello restaurant. I want to emphasize that I did not book online, did not sign up somewhere on the website, did not call by phone, but came IN PERSON 9 DAYS before the holiday to book a certain table. The charming receptionist, Elizabeth, asked me for details, my details, wrote something down in her notebook and assured me - yes, your reservation has been made.
A day before the booking, I expected that I would get a call to confirm it, the usual practice of establishments, nothing new. At 6:30 p.m., I started to worry, I decided to call myself, after all, tomorrow is such a day, I need to make sure that everything is under control. I'm calling. There is no reservation for me," the receptionist says. After answering a bunch of clarifying questions, whether I had exactly booked, and when I came, what was my name, etc., it turned out that this was the same Elizabeth who, of course, recorded me and she remembers me, but this reservation has gone somewhere. Well, nothing, I booked again, with whom it does not happen, the human factor. The next day comes - my birthday, they call me around noon to tell me that a corporate party for 90 people will be held in the hall, assuring me that they JUST found out about it. Of course, I can stay in the hall, but it will be noisy and uncomfortable, why don't I move to the veranda, the restaurant administration puts me in front of a choice. And I understand everything, it is clear that the restaurant will always prefer to serve a corporate party and this is OK, but you make sure that your other guests do not feel like "second class", that they can simply be confronted with the fact, well, sit in another place, think about booking in advance, think about a holiday. I say, do you have any bonuses as an apology in such situations , a restaurant of this level, maybe some desserts, maybe a bottle of alcohol as a compliment. But no, we don't have any bonuses, the restaurant administration answers me. Honestly, it's a shame. In premium class restaurants, both service and conflict resolution should be at the same level.
In conclusion, I can say that the attitude towards me, towards my holiday, has forever discouraged me from returning to this place. A place where the reputation of an institution is cheaper than a "compliment" as an apology.
A good and delicious restaurant, there is both national and Italian cuisine, as well as author's cuisine. But the waiters are very slow, the hall is empty and there is not a single waiter, you have to wait a long time.
The restaurant is good. She ate delicious. But, we had a not very pleasant incident when the waiter brought two portions of the dish instead of one serving, he realized that he was mistaken and did not even change. Yes, these are not the sums for which you have to fight, but the sediment remains.
We came for breakfast on the recommendation. The food is very ordinary, the serving was also not impressed. The Belgian waffles were frankly tasteless, one of the two was just half a waffle. The restaurant does not match the price level at all. But the most unpleasant thing is that the freshly squeezed juice was diluted with water! Both grapefruit and orange. I do not recommend visiting this institution((
Великолепно,я в восторге от красоты и ширины этого проспекта.Город Минск тоже очень понравился,в центре города нет небоскребов,нет "вычурной" послеперестроечной архитектуры.Город с великолепными и приветливыми людьми,с вкусной едой и уважительным отношением к нашему общему прошлому.
Отличная кухня, большёй выбор блюд и дисертов, много нарезки мясной и сырной продукции. Порадовала система шведский стол и всё включено. Из алкоголя только игристые вина безлимит. Персонал вежливый не навязчивым. Большая красивая прилегающая территория с фонтанами и рекой Свислоч.

A very mixed impression of visiting this restaurant. I booked a table by phone a week in advance, on Thursday I booked for the following Saturday. Everything went well, a nice girl booked a table, said they were waiting for us. The day before, on Friday evening!! a call from the restaurant - prepayment and pre-order are required. They explain that it is Saturday evening, there are a lot of guests so that the tables are not empty and so that we do not wait long for them to cook for us. Considering that I was not in Minsk at that time, and not even in Belarus, I cannot express in words how surprised I was. He said that he was ready to make an advance payment, but there would be no pre–order - we didn't need anything special, we would order from the menu if desired. It is not possible to make an advance payment remotely, only after arriving at the restaurant. To the credit of the girl who called, we managed to negotiate without prepayment and pre-order.
What was my surprise when we arrived at the restaurant on Saturday – there was no one else in the restaurant except us! This is due to the prepayment requirement due to the "high load"..... The service is so-so.... They put us far away, at the very end of the restaurant, so they probably forgot about us from time to time....I had to remind you about ordering coffee....
The kitchen is excellent! Everything is delicious and fast enough.
In general, mixed impressions. But once again, I probably wouldn't have come here.

A ruined wedding dinner.Everything was bad from the very beginning - we talked with my husband with the administrator for about an hour (two months before the wedding day), only to arrive three days later and find out that no one had fixed anything.It is not customary to call here to confirm an appointment. Food for 5/10 is definitely not worth the money, the margin on alcohol is cosmic.The surprise of my wedding evening was a pink frozen pink cake, which I found out about when it was taken out (white was agreed), the berry filling was about like fruit ice.We constantly had to catch the waiter (we were promised that he would be assigned to us), some of the dishes were in some kind of stains besides.If you are interested in mediocre food and a spoiled festive dinner, go here.If I could have rated it even lower, I would have done so.
В июле проживали в Minsk Marriott Hotel. Конечно же посетили и ресторан. Заказывали салаты и блюда из рыбы. Всё приготовлено было просто отлично. Понравилось и обслуживание. Остались очень довольны.
Была на дне рождении подруги 30.06.2023 г Сидели компанией 9 человек на террасе.Меню совершенно не совпало с опубликованным в интернете.В коротком меню,которое нам подали не было состава блюд,официантка нам перечисляла по памяти.Из горячих блюд,их было около 6,выбрали мы с большим трудом что-то по своему вкусу.Ресторан позиционирует себя как ресторан итальянской кухни.Люди из нашей компании часто путешествуют,в том числе неоднократно были в Италии,однако были недовольны приготовлением и подачей.Карта спиртных напитков разнообразная и достойная.Музыка звучала вначале фоновая,потом живая -вполне понравилась.Официантка очень старалась,но была абсолютно некомпетентна ни в одном вопросе.Пока оценку повыше поставить не могу

Большой, малолюдный (такой сезон), с прекрасным видом из панорамных окон. Завтраки разнообразные, на любой вкус - каши, фрукты-овощи, омлеты, сырники, драники, много молочных продуктов и мяса.

Это сервисный провал! Заказали за 2 недели заранее 2 торта на мероприятие. Проверили за 3 дня, сказали все ок. Проверили накануне - все ок. Приезжаем забирать в день мероприятия. Выносят гордо! Я в недоумении.: я заказывала 2 торта, это, блин, что вообще?!? Администратор, не дрогнув: ваш заказ! Мой? Серьезно?!? У меня мероприятие, гости ждут обещанную феерию - я получаю эту хрень. Ладно, после продолжительной ругани, собрали мне 5 кусочков вообще не того торта, что я заказывала и один нашелся на кухне, как был в заказе. А- фи-геть, повезло!!!! На этом администратор решила, что миссия выполнена. Думаете были извинения? Ни одного. «Это все, чем мы можем вам помочь». Они, блин, мне помогли! Это просто сюр какой то. Масса эмоций у меня, абсолютная невозмутимость и уверенность у команды. Бинго, ребята! К счастью, вы не одни на рынке.

Были на воскресном бранче. Возможно были завышенные ожидания, но найти отличие бранча за 80 рублей (думали будет непринужденная атмосфера, ходи где хочешь, присаживайся где хочешь, блюда из меню бранча приготовят на заказ, принесут и т.п.) от типового завтрака в отеле проживания в режиме шведского стола не смогли. Столик на проходе у входа (оказывается нужно бронировать и акцентировать где конкретно хотели бы сидеть). "Говядину сегодня не готовим, можем рыбу". Рыба в результате оказалась водянистая и очень диетическая (видимо на ней было много глазури, в лучших традициях сетевых супермаркетов и она размораживалась и параллельно готовилась на пару). Резюме - прийти с компанией, которую нужно накормить и напоить шампанским (low price) наверное норм, для романтического времяпровождения с любимой супругой не айс.
Плохое место. Хотели с женой отпраздновать годовщину свадьбы и выбрали это ужасное заведение. Повелись что на берегу речки. Сделали заказ по еде и сказали официанту (о нём отдельно позже) что будем выбирать напитки. Выбирали минут 10 и выбрали коктейли, на что услышали в ответ "таких нет". А сразу сказать? Еда местами была неплоха, один из салатов и ужа на уровне, а вот мои "Феттучине с тигровой креветкой в томатном соусе" были и холодные, и безвкусные, а креветка так вовсе вчерашняя (сухая и жесткая)!!! Видимо с воскресного бранча осталась (были мы в понедельник). Дорада у жены тоже была безвкусная... В общем, 2 балла вам, ребята.
