We ordered a pizza takeaway for the "second pizza for free" promotion and were satisfied. On Saturday at 7.30 pm, the order was completed in 20 minutes, and most importantly, the pizza is amazingly delicious: there are a lot of fillings, the dough is thin - everything is as we like. I advise everyone who has not eaten delicious pizza for a long time.

We came to celebrate our daughter's birthday, ordered a pizza workshop, everything went well, except for one thing! On 01/26/2025, a homeless man came in, I went up to the staff and said that he had zero reactions, he went to the bar there, there was an unpleasant smell from him all over the room, which naturally spoiled my appetite and mood and everything else, I do not recommend visiting this cafe because after he left there was no the bar counter was wiped where he rubbed his sleeves and hands , and the customers all come up to her , so think about visiting this cafe or not !

But.

Plus:
1) Good atmosphere,cozy.
2) there is a children's room.
Minuses:
1) katni is strange, but there is no Wi-Fi for visitors. It is extremely inconvenient and unusual for guests without communication.
2) it is clear that there are no comrades in taste and color, but I really did not like the food. Very little salt, to the point of tastelessness. And the steaks were undercooked, no matter how the staff told us otherwise. There is something to compare it with in other cafes.
This institution would no longer be visited.

The overall impression of the establishment is positive, but there are also disadvantages. I ordered a table for 12 people, the menu was discussed in advance with the administrator (although the waiter served) and of course some wishes did not reach the waiter (they did not bring the juice and when I asked for it, they considered it as an addition to the order, although it was already in pre-order).
It was also disappointing that there was only one waiter at our table, who served other tables as well! Even though it was a weekday afternoon, the wait for the waiter was long. There was another waiter, but he was serving people on the street. The juice that was in the pre-order was waited for 15 minutes, the bread was brought after eating the hot dishes, the cake was cut for 15 minutes, although I came up three times and asked for it faster because nonresident guests were late for the train.
Pros: pleasant atmosphere, there is a children's play area, delicious food, courteous staff.
Cons: inattentiveness to pre-order, one waiter for a large number of people, you can not dance (although the company is decent and they did not drink alcohol)

It all started with the fact that after they came, they waited for him for 20 minutes (I ask you to note that there were well 10 people for 4 waiters in the hall), 20 minutes later he got up and went to the counter with the waiters, to which he heard from the above-mentioned employee: why did you come? Would I come up to you?!?!(by the end of May?😱). Then it was more interesting: he brought dishes going as "to be shot", and serving dishes and drinks to them as "pigs". After putting the dish that was served on a plate, this young man thought of putting a plate on a plate. There were 6 of us, did you bring 4 glasses?! The communication was as if we were not human. We were extremely outraged by the service. I will ask the management of the institution to take into account, and in the future recruit more professional employees to the team. When we were last time, everything was at a decent level of service.

We celebrated the birthday of a little girl in your cafe. Everything was wonderful. The food is beyond praise. Bravo to the cook!!! Everything is very tasty. BUT... maintenance and cleanliness are questionable. The high chair was brought in crumbs. There were pieces of glass from dishes lying under the table in the hall (we had a small child of 1 year who was crawling), the chairs were covered in dust and sand. I.e. the hall was not even washed after the previous guests. Well, unfortunately, the waiter was not ready to serve the banquet (he tried, but at the intern level).
It is written to improve the quality of service and probably you need to hire a cleaner for the ideal in your cafe.

The question is, what is there? At the time of opening, there are no elementary items on the menu to have breakfast and this is not the first time. The staff doesn't seem to be familiar with the kitchen at all. One waiter says that there is no dish on the menu, another comes and says that there is. Our result: they turned around and left. Eating pizza at 11 a.m. is not the best breakfast, and there are practically no other dishes (except ready-made desserts). Although we visited this institution repeatedly and loved it. The quality of service has deteriorated significantly.
