I wanted to buy a salad bowl in the store (it was on the topmost shelf) in a down jacket, it is not very convenient to take it out because there are other dishes nearby, and I decided to ask this employee to help me so as not to touch anything or break it (as it turned out, it was a fatal mistake), he refused my request saying that it was the same I need to, what's the problem with getting it? I was a little perplexed, there were no other customers in the store. I explained that I was slightly uncomfortable with the bag in my hands , to which he replied that I could leave it in the storage room and calmly get the salad bowl. In the end, he came over and took it off the shelf after a couple of minutes of silence and my question is it so hard for you to help me? but since the box was all crumpled at the top , I asked to get the one that was second , to which the seller said that I would not get you anything , just this one , went to the checkout opened the box and asked what was wrong with me here ?
