In November 2024, I bought a Jcb 216 kit. They were supposed to send a gift in the form of a snow brush, a riveter, and a hexagon.
As a result, the manager sent only a set of Jcb 216, and kept the promised gifts for himself. When I called later and asked where the gift was, the answer was this. We forgot to send it, and now the promotion is not available.

The manager called back on Friday, clarified the order and said that the order would be collected by 17.00. After that, on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, the connection with the store disappeared. No one called back, did not inform about the readiness of the order. Representatives of the store do not answer phone calls. An unreliable store. Plans for the weekend were disrupted. I do not recommend it.

I ordered it this morning. It is impossible to understand whether the order has been accepted for processing or not, the status does not change. I got through at lunch, asked, and was told to wait for a call. In the evening, they called and told me to pick them up on Mon after 16. I arrived to pick up at 19, the order was not found and they do not know whether it was assembled or not. They dug into the papers - no, they rummaged in the warehouse - no, it is not displayed on the computer. In 2023, use a computer to print papers? The next day they called back, found it, and had to go again. The situation was similar last time, but there was also no part of the order.
