This complex used to be the best, about 10 years ago. But now it bends ((everything is already very old((( the territory stinks of sewage, especially in the mornings (((no service ((this is definitely not 5 stars: they begged for towels all the time, because for 4 children, 1 bath towel per day is not enough. Moreover, the towels were dirty ((I had to ask for slippers too....The kitchen is disgusting: the pasta is dry, the lasagna is burnt, and so on. To be clear, we rented a 4-room villa Margherita. And a separate conversation about Tatiana Butler, who was assigned to our villa. She should not be allowed to work in the service sector at all. She only drove us in a buggy, no part in our life at the villa. Did you simply not ask once how we were at the villa? Is everything alright? I didn't track the work of the maids or the room service....She constantly forgot our requests ((( she was not visible at all until we wrote to her ourselves… Umbrellas with sun beds are old((( We are disappointed.... We came for 10 days and we won't go any more. It's very spoiled. Apparently the management has changed....

If there is a paradise on earth, it is the Ford Village Hotel😍 25 hectares, nice atmosphere of privacy... Don't forget. That's the only place I'd like to go back. The service workers are not visible or heard, but everything is done perfectly. I highly recommend it!
