Literally, the receptionist inserted a SIM card for me and set up the room, without explaining anything to me about the tariffs and conditions, I didn't even sign anything. I was simply deceived, sold a SIM card without checks, a contract, etc., the left one, after which I could not log into the application (the employee claimed that I could).
I came to sort it out the next day and then the most interesting thing began. The bank's employees are not as competent as possible, they are not able to solve the problem and settle the dispute. They cover each other. I demanded a refund and closure of the SIM card, as a result, the manager transferred them to me from his personal account. The SIM card was taken away, having played a performance that allegedly cut it in front of me (very funny, I was sitting opposite and this did not happen!), the staff brazenly lie to my face. As a result, they obtained a declaration of termination of the contract, it is not known whether it is official or not. I don't know what happened to the SIM card itself. It's terrible, I'm shocked and this is the official branch of the bank! Shame on you! The proceedings were at the bazaar level. The receptionist brazenly claimed to me that I was lying, well, yes, it was me, I sold myself a fake SIM card, while receiving money past the cash register))) when I asked to pick up the recordings from the cameras, she immediately quieted down. I ask the bank to contact me to check whether the manager has actually terminated the contract for the provision of mobile communication services.
