I am a citizen of the Russian Federation.
I am currently in the territory of the Russian Federation, having previously stayed and worked in Kazakhstan. My salary account and my personal account at Forte bank were blocked, where I received salary money. The bank's employees have not taken any measures for the past week. There is no way to get in touch with them. There is no way to report to the bank's branches. Earlier, I made three 500k tenge transfers to my friend's bank, he is also a user of the Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. I have not violated ANY aspects. The app was working fine. Then, when I wanted to transfer the remaining salary, I was simply blocked from accessing MY OWN MONEY FOR NO REASON, WITHOUT WARNING, WITHOUT ANY WAY TO CONTACT THE BANK. HOW DO I GET MY EARNED MONEY????? I NO LONGER KNOW WHERE TO TURN OR TO WHOM. I STILL CAN'T WITHDRAW MY FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT, AND I CAN'T USE TENGE IN RUSSIA. HOW CAN I CONTACT SOMEONE ELSE?????
