The territory of the hotel is large, there is a lot of greenery. The hotel is located in a beautiful bay. Around the mountain. The beach is narrow, divided by piers into several parts. Somewhere there are more stones, somewhere there are fewer. Where there is sand, there are usually few free sun loungers. The room was in the main building. Pretty good. There is no kettle in the room, the minibar is only on arrival. I liked the food. There is a lot of food, there is a choice. The fruits are delicious, but they are greedy) they are not in a hurry to replenish. Overall, the impression is good, you can go. It is better to settle in the main building, there is no disco and noise from deluxe rooms in the evening. The view from the sea view rooms is beautiful, the sea is right next to it.

It is difficult to start a review, as feelings are very mixed. I'll start with the pros: a large beautiful territory, close to the sea, everything is on site. The food is on an average level, at first it seemed very diverse, but in 6 days everything has become very boring. There is a fish day , but the queues were such at dinner that I didn 't feel like eating .
What else can I say about the food, everything is for an amateur, of course, but as a connoisseur of fish, I can say that it is disgusting in the hotel. Plus, there are a lot of fresh vegetables, delicious soups and side dishes every day . Also, the entertainment program on the territory is something new every evening, groups of people came with a great program, very unusual and interesting. During the day, it was also offered to participate in various events, compete in darts , archery , water polo, etc.
Well, I 'll probably say about the cons, there are quite a few of them !
Let's start with an unlimited bar, I haven't drunk this kind of alcohol yet, although, unfortunately, I drank a lot of different low-quality alcohol, but then I poisoned myself in one day at the bar so that I spent the whole vacation. I am sure that this is exactly the bar, I drank gin and tonic, did not interfere with anything, read the responses of other people and made sure that I was not alone. One of the disadvantages is the neglect of the renovation of the hotel , I have been in different hotels of this type, but I have not seen this yet. Very shabby furniture, walls in the room. The hair dryer turned off every 5 minutes due to overheating , and the power button stuck in it . The water in the shower was poured with boiling water , then turned on ice , without changing the position of the faucet . One evening there was no hot water , apparently it was over ....(I can't say otherwise , this is the norm for this hotel). The room for food is also very interesting, we sat exclusively outside, it's not bad there, at least there is no mold on the ceiling and walls. The dishes are all chipped, every 5th plate is without exaggeration (I will definitely attach a photo).
On the plus side, I can also say that the staff is polite enough and it is clear that everyone is working, except for some moments. For example, when you come to brunch, but there is no food anymore and they are not allowed to sit on any table, because they have already cleaned it, they rushed around with plates for 5 minutes to finally understand where to sit, because they were kicked out from everywhere in the literal sense of the word. In general, the staff sometimes came across as very unkind, like one man who spoke Russian, I don't know what specific position he held at the hotel, but he kicked everyone out of the 24-hour bar already at 12 o'clock , because people who paid money and wanted to relax there at night turn out not to respect other guests and make a lot of noise I have only one question, then why make a bar in the hotel that is open 24 hours???
Well, there are quite a few questions left for the hotel, I tried to put the main points in my review. Summing up, I would like to say that the hotel does not exactly correspond to 5 stars and very poorly reaches the price-quality level. And so on the taste and color ... Maybe, of course, this hotel will be on the level for someone)

We were at the hotel in June 2024. Nice hotel! The rooms are modest, not for social media photos.networks) BUT. High-quality food. It's enough. There is no excess, as is more common on buffets, when there is a lot of food and you do not know where so many leftovers then go) The staff in the kitchen is prompt, constantly cooking, changing dishes. There is always chicken and vegetable soup. There is porridge for breakfast. This is important for those with children. There is little fast food, which is also an indicator. Lots of baked food. Children can get vegetables, pasta and broth) The territory is large. The sea is good, pleasant boat trips. The animators are kind. The kids' club is tired, a little tired, requires renovation, but children can be engaged) The only time to drive from the airport to the hotel is 2.20 hours.

We are resting here now. The hotel was recommended by friends, they vacationed in Fortezza a few years ago, since then, apparently, everything has changed a lot for the worse. I have heard the same opinion from other guests who are vacationing with us at the same time. At the moment, the hotel has a low quality of services and definitely does not pull 5 stars. The guests are mostly Russians and Turks. The territory is large, not particularly beautifully decorated. The nature around is gorgeous, the climate is good, but this is not the merit of the hotel. The stated Internet "throughout the hotel, except for the rooms" - works only in the lobby, and even if all the sofas are not occupied by tourists, it is constantly interrupted, with so many guests it cannot cope with the word at all. The rooms in the main building have been renovated, and the cabins have tired rooms. When booking the tour, the condition was a room in the main building, the reception informed that they did not have such a division: into the main building and houses. There are options: sea view and garden view. I had to use the tour manager where the tour was booked. We checked in late, after 15.30, although the check-in is 14.00. According to the rooms on the sea: if they check in in the left wing from the hotel entrance, then all the smoke from the grill in the heat will be in your room, if they check in with a view of the garden, then there are also very unfortunate rooms located very close to the highway.

day, grapes and melons appeared. The juice is terrible powdered. The cocktails are primitive, highly chemical.
The beach is long, but this is only at first glance. Most of the guests huddle under the awnings, because there are very few umbrellas on other parts of the beach, they are woven, they do not protect from the sun, the sun beds on the beach are old, many are broken, the nets on them are sagging. The horror!
We stopped by the children's disco: 2 sluggish animators. There were no programs on the show. In general, there is a feeling that the hotel does not value its guests. Bartenders are very slow, not neat,
Room cleaning is standard, linen was changed on the 3rd day.
Summary: the price-quality ratio is not in favor of the hotel. I do not recommend this holiday hotel if you know what service is.

We lived in October. Deluxe rooms that are separate with pools. A family of 3 people.
Positive:
- nice green pleasant area.
- no one was poisoned anywhere and did not feel bad either from food or from the sea
- in general, a picturesque region (we were by car , took a B2Car at the airport for 150 euros for 7 days)
- lots of pools.
Cons:
- the most important thing is mediocre food and drinks. There is very little delicious food and juices/fruits. If before that we were in Akka Antedon and there you chose from everything very tasty what you would like to eat today, then here you chose the most delicious of the tasteless. But the price there is 100k higher than here.
The rest, in general, is quite enough for this money. It should be understood that this is not a super cool and very budget hotel.

We decided to check into this hotel, arrived late, but left the food from the kitchen, so the hungry did not go to bed, walked along the embankment, in principle, the hotel is quite old. The rooms are cleaned randomly, although the stated 5 stars do not match 50-60 percent. The rooms seem to have an updated renovation, but it is visible, the paint is wallpaper. The hotel grounds are all very worn out. From entertainment, there are for children in the afternoon, for adults in the evening.
2 stars only because of the food, quite varied and delicious.
Also, why such a low rating, we were in a room of the building where there is general ventilation, so the hum from her work was so strong that we did not sleep properly for 8 nights, even left the TV on.
When asked to change the room, they said that there were no rooms available, and everyone had a hood in this wing.
Decide for yourself, if you get into the same wing, you will not be able to sleep!

I opened the balcony....the hum is such that you can't hear anything. The balcony literally rests against a wall of powerful air conditioners. Nature is not visible!! I went and ran to the respawn. Hello everyone We rested at the fortezza beach hotel from 28.09 to 5.10. I want to start my story with the main disappointment and shock.
1) MY MONEY WAS STOLEN. We arrived at the hotel at about 23 o'clock, there were 4 of us, me with a child and my friend with her son. Upon arrival, we left our things in the room and went to have a snack, returned literally 20 minutes later and went to bed. I discovered the loss on the 4th day, when I was going to pay for the tour. The money was in the closed pocket of the bag ($ 200), so it took time to rummage and get it out. No doubt it was done by one of the staff.
When she came to the reception and talked with Tatiana, she replied that I would not prove anything, all the employees had been working for a long time and simply could not take them. But in principle, I did not expect anything else. The only mistake was that I didn't put them in the safe, because I didn't even think that they were STEALING here.
While I was standing at the reception and communicating with the staff, a woman came up to me, said that she had heard my conversation and one of the vacationers told her a similar situation, but not everything was stolen from her, but only part. Which once again confirms that they are STEALING here
2) I want to tell you more about the pros and cons of the hotel. On the 3rd day of rest, my friend's son was poisoned or caught an intestinal infection, the quality of the food is questionable.A lot, but quite monotonous.The adults also had stomach cramps.
3) The territory. Big, beautiful, lots of locations. There is always a place on the beach, the only coastline is narrow, but this does not interfere.
4) Alcohol as in economy, cheap. The wine and cocktails are disgusting, I don't drink strong, I can't appreciate it.
5) Animation is weak, mini disco is the same, there is almost nothing for adults. Shows and performances are minimal. The kids' club is tired, the animators are bored, the kids are on their own, but we hardly went to it.
In general, the hotel is economy, in principle I was ready for this, but I certainly did not expect that I would be scalded. If you want to have a good rest, eat delicious food and be calm about your property, then I recommend looking for something else.

A fat minus on nutrition, lack of appliances, plates, etc. not enough staff apparently saves the hotel.
Sometimes there is delicious meat or fish, but to take them you need to go through the Kulikovo battle in the queue, we had enough for 1 time, then we just ate potatoes, pasta and salad.
The three of us arrived for 280k, 2 adults and a 6-year-old child. I think it's expensive and the price of all this is 200k.

I was at the hotel in September 2024 with my husband in Deluxe. We rented a hotel through booking. The location is gorgeous, only this hotel is on the coastline, the line is large, the entrance to the water is different, there is sand, there are pebbles. It is located in Jesarona, which can be reached from the center of Marmaris by minibus once an hour directly to the hotel, or by taxi, which are very close to the hotel. The reception staff was friendly, there was almost always a Russian-speaking girl who always helped. There is a main building, as well as buildings with a small number of rooms, 2-3 storeys high, with a private pool. There are many pools, near the main building, a swimming pool + a children's pool with slides, deluxe pools. There are several bars, and the staff is very polite everywhere.
The food is excellent, meals almost never end, the maximum break is 2 hours.
The water in the sea and pools is amazing, a pleasant breeze, thanks to the surrounding mountains allows you to comfortably stay in the sun.
I am writing a review and I remember a wonderful vacation in the place where I want to return. The berths were not inconvenient, since most of the yachts were stationary, and an excursion boat sailed a couple of times a day.
The scenery around is just incredible!
Of the cons: we got a Deluxe Suite closest to the disco until midnight, and we don't really hang out, so we had to close the balcony and sleep with air conditioning.
It would not hurt to put mattresses on the sun beds by the beach, because it is very hard to lie there.
Otherwise, 5 stars!

Very popular, but in fact no hotel. The main and only advantage is the gorgeous beauty of its location. There is nowhere to go outside the territory at all. Marmaris is 15 minutes away by taxi or bus. Wi-Fi is very bad at the hotel: only in public areas, in rooms remote from the main building, it does not catch at all. The biggest pain of this hotel : food and staff. I have not seen such terrible service in the top five of this price category for a long time. They don't clean the tables in the restaurant, the food is sour, a lot of flies and wasps fly, they can remove a plate from under your nose right at the moment you put food on. If you don't ask for bottled water, for some reason they lock the refrigerator. Cocktails at the bar are mixed exclusively from local alcohol and colored drinks such as yuppies. It is impossible to drink.
The animation is good, the guys are trying, they hold disco themed events.
In general, the hotel can be regarded as four stars, no more. And if you like to walk outside the accommodation, choose other options.

We had a rest in the first weeks of June 2024 at the wonderful Fortezza Beach Resort hotel. The flight was very bad with a flight delay. Dissatisfied, we arrived at the hotel, but as soon as we saw all the beauties of this place and in particular our room, all the negativity dissipated immediately.
The hotel, the location - I liked everything very much. The hotel stands apart, for me it is an incomparable plus! There is a mountain across the road, islands in the sea, mountains! The territory is well maintained for everything 💯

The room was in separate houses with a private pool, with a wonderful view of the sea. Cleaned well, every day! But I had to put up a "do not disturb" sign so that the cleaner would not come, since we basically only needed to clean up the garbage in the room (every other day), because everything was clean.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The food is not the most luxurious, but it is very diverse. There is a large abundance of everything, but in comparison with other hotels, it is less tasty.

What else I would like to note right away is that I have met reviews with detailed descriptions and even photos where everything in the hotel is broken and outdated. We have been to hotels of different levels. I know for sure that a lot depends on the mood with which you arrive. If your goal is to look for faulty deck chairs, chipped tables and dusty corners in the rooms - well, this can probably be found in every hotel. In my personal opinion, yes, some things would not hurt to be updated
and to fix it, but I didn't see a disaster. At least all the appliances, light bulbs, and so on were working properly.
The third important point: the hotel is located about half an hour's drive from Marmaris, secluded, in the mountains, in a bay. That is, no promenades around the city in the evenings. Get out - and the track. They don't even put on bracelets for visitors, because who else will wander in here? However, there is a parking lot at the entrance, and there are minibuses and taxis. Minibuses to Marmaris run about once an hour. Personally, we even liked this privacy. We weren't going to buy anything. The most necessary things, such as hygiene items or souvenirs, could be purchased at the shopping center, at the hotel. But for someone who wants to walk on vacation, hang out in bars and clubs, actively shop - this can be a minus.
Russians and Turks are staying at the hotel about 50-50.
Advantages:
- well-groomed, very beautiful, green area;
- The area of the hotel is not big, not small, which is necessary. Designed for 1,600 people;
- Several pools;
- Delicious and varied food - several types of meat, fish, even shrimp and squid appeared from time to time, a lot of fruits;
- Long beach line - there are both sandy and pebble stretches and stunning mountain views;
- Russian-speaking staff;
Minuses:
- Problems with deck chairs. The beach is long but narrow. Deck chairs are a maximum of 4-5, and usually 1-2 rows. According to the good Russian tradition, they are occupied at 7 a.m., putting a towel on — and until nightfall, even if they come for only an hour. The peak hours are from 9 to 12 - to find a couple of sun loungers, and even put them in the shade - you need to spend 15-20 minutes. However, it is much easier to find a sunbed later.
- Wasps! The main restaurant is located right by the sea. It would be very cool to sit outside and watch the waves. But vacationers instead huddled indoors. Because striped insects immediately attack your food on the street! Moreover, there are 2 more bars in the hotel, where snacks and sweets were served - there was no such problem there;
- It's a long drive from the airport. Pegasus usually allocates a separate bus to Fortezza guests, it goes to the hotel without stopping at others. But it's still a 2-hour drive from Dalaman.
PS: If you go to Marmaris, we highly recommend a yacht tour of the Aegean islands! It's very, very beautiful! It's like you're somewhere in Sicily... crystal blue water, picturesque islands overgrown with olive trees. If possible, go not on a large yacht that carries 100 people, but on a small one (this is called a VIP tour) - it is designed for 25 people. There are comfortable sun beds instead of benches, and a delicious lunch with fish, shrimp or chicken, and such an atmosphere as if you are traveling with a friendly company.

This is the worst five-star hotel I've been to. I appeal more to people who often go on vacation to Turkey all-inclusive.
1. Service
You will not see the waiters who serve you here. Here, by and large, no one cares about you. No one in the restaurant will offer you a drink (and I'm not even talking about different wines, this is not here at all).
2. The territory
And it is huge, but there is one "but". It's huge, but very empty.
The coastline is very narrow and short due to the fact that there are no other hotels near this hotel. We conclude that you will not be able to walk along the shore and enjoy the views from the bay.
3. WASPS
So, there are a lot of wasps here. They don't seem to be particularly dangerous, but I think that eating in their presence will not be pleasant for anyone.How does our service deal with this? No way. They put embers on, the smoke from them should disperse the wasps, but it disperses them only if the smoke flies directly at them. That is, in order for you to have a proper dinner, you have to sit in this smoke. This smoke smells terrible, so you can only eat quietly inside.

Room 2505, period of stay – October 2024. An incredibly beautiful cozy bay, a green well-groomed territory, on the lawns you can find turtles and seals playing with butterflies. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and surrounded by greenery. You can admire the stars at night.

After filling out the questionnaire, a queue is formed again to hand it in, after which you are graciously told that you can go about your business and even have lunch, since check-in and room allocation will begin only after 14.00. At around 14, you will be given a room card and a guide with the same expression on your face. And yes, there will be such faces all over the hotel all the time, with very few exceptions. The guide will quickly bring you to the room and just as quickly try to get out of there. The room is medium shabby, there is no information about accommodation in the room, it simply does not exist. So, for those who still decide to go here after this review: the standard safe, to close, you need to close the door, dial your code and press the grate, to open, dial your code.
The mini-bar is filled only upon check-in, then replenished on demand, although no one named the prices.
There is no tea set or kettle in the standard room, perhaps they are available in deluxe rooms.
There is no overhead lighting, there are only lamps above the bed.
There was no promised sea view when booking, since a palm tree grew in front of the window, so that PALM VIEW, and this is not the most terrible view, you can get with a view of the road or even with a view of outbuildings or a highway (there are many such rooms). The issue of relocation is solved for 20 euros (if there are available rooms). There is no Internet in the room, I suspect that it is not in the whole wing. He generally works in spots on the territory, the reception desk referred to the concept of the hotel, they generally refer to it for all questions. The administrators do not have information about the hotel, they do not know where the changing rooms on the beaches are located and if they are at all (they are there, but you need to look for 😊), what is included in the SPA services (for information, the hammam, sauna and gym are free, the rest is for money). And God forbid that you forget something valuable somewhere-leave it, you will not find anyone helping the administrators. They won't even ask for your room number if someone suddenly puts a lost thing on the counter. Well, that's the concept of the hotel. There is no ironing room in the hotel, but there are options, take it to the laundry and they will iron it for a nominal price of 3 euros (no matter socks or evening dress).
2 representatives of pegasus are present at the hotel during business hours. The faces are respectively the same as those of the administrators. If you approach them before the mandatory meeting, they answer "everything will be told at the meeting," if you missed it, then the answer will be "you should have come and listened." According to the results of the meeting, you only need to hand over your voucher to form the departure and take it back after 3 hours, it is your pass to the outside world. Everything else is a divorce for excursions and the like, excursions through pegasus are 1.5 - 2 times more expensive than the rest, but here you decide for yourself, I recommend excursions to the Aegean islands and do not believe that a large ship will be crowded and there will not be enough people. The beaches are a narrow strip with a width of two lengths of a sunbed, in the morning the water is transparent by 2.5 meters, later no more than 1.5 m. You can see more details on the maps, for an amateur. If a red flag is raised, then the hotel is not responsible for you, you swim at your own risk, it is raised at one of the pools all the time (the pool is active and working).
The counters in all the bars are dirty, it feels like they are not being wiped at all. The dining room is a separate story. Greeting there is not accepted from the word at all (even in response), and the waiter can push and go further, well, if you don't grab him by the trunk. There are catastrophically not enough tables during lunch and dinner, and not because there are none, but because they simply are not cleaned, several waiters can stand and chat, and only one will work. Therefore, the tactics here are as follows: you come at the beginning of dinner, quickly grab wine (kefir, juice ...), take a table, then go take what you need, there is a lot of food, it is varied, but one thing is - the food is completely tasteless, there is no meat except turkey, fruits: watermelon, melon, oranges, apples, sometimes peaches and tangerines, but rarely. Seafood is fried fish (very bony), although flies crawl over fish and salads, but this is not so important for the staff. You haven't heard about toothpicks here either. The dishes in Russian are signed in small fonts at the very bottom, unlike the warning signs.
